I love everything about this place. My husband and I have been here many times with family or just the two of us. The atmosphere with the Rat Pack music playing always sets the tone for a good time. Then there's the food which is outstanding! My personal favorites the pasta Bolognese is like no other, the meatballs are the size of snowballs. The steak tips are tender and delicious. Finally tried the pizza and wow! Out of this world crust, sauce, cheese and huge. People we've dined with have raved about the seafood and the grilled meatloaf. No dine in at this time unfortunately so we get takeout but everything on the menu is so good and the portions are generous. Thank you East Side Grill for such amazing food!!

Very well organized and accessible spot. They offer generous meals and for economical rates. We enjoyed the meals very much and the waiters were very affable and informative. I recommend this place.

Last night I ordered from East Side for the first time and it was great! I went with the Vodka Sauce Shrimp and Scallops over penne for my main dish and their homemade buffalo chicken tenders as an appetizer. The tenders were AMAZING. The chicken was fresh and perfectly cooked. The sauce had a goo of kick but also a hint of sweetness. Perfect Balance! They reminded me of the famed "Puritan Backroom" in NH. The main dish was good but left a little to be desired. Maybe my expectations were too high after the chicken. The penne itself was great but the sauce flavor was a little weak and the scallops/shrimp were a bit overcooked. I will definitely be coming back but next time I will try one of their more popular main dishes.

Urban hearth is an open kitchen, communal dining style restaurant from a server/chef duo focused on a small but focused three or five course tasting menu ($65/$80).As an appetizer, the roasted wild mushrooms in mushroom liquor, kombu and pickled peppers was earthy and creative. The mixture of mushroom "liquor" with kombu made for a taste sensation exploring both the sea and forests.

Loved everything! Haven't been so happy with my food at a restaurant in a while. Definitely going back!

So, we had a reservation for 11. It was my moms 60th birthday. The reason for my low rating is because it the service was very slow, the food was not cooked well and it was uncomfortably warm. I had a pool of sweat on my back. Anyways, it took a good 1.5 hours to get our food, and it wasn’t just because we were a big party. There was a team of 2 that had to walk out due to the long wait(I wouldn’t be surprised if the heat had something to do with it as well). We got the fettuccini Alfredo and it had narrowly any flavor, and my date had got a chicken and Broccoli and ziti garlic dish and it was drenched in garlic and was “awful” as she put it. The reason I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because my mom had a good time and said she had a great birthday but that was actually due to the company who attended. Overall bad experience and I would not go back myself. $75 bucks for three plates of food(my girl, daughter and myself) that none of us enjoyed, I will pass.

I got take-away from this restaurant. They recommended the seafood extravaganza, almost 30 dollars for a pasta dish. When I got home almost all seafood ingredients were missing. Contacted the restaurant; no reply...

We had a medium to large sized group of 10 people. We were seated in the way back, so I don't actually know if the rest of the place was busy or not, but it took over an hour to get our food. Staff was fine, but not really overly friendly or helpful. The group next to us had way faster service and left before we even got our meals. (We arrived shortly after they did.)
