I have been coming to this place for at least the past 13 years. So disappointed with the quality of the service recently. I had an unpleasant experience during my visit today sunday the 9th of November. Both girls at the cashier spoke to me in a rude and aggressive tone, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. They even refused to provide napkins when asked, which came across as unprofessional and unnecessary. I hope management addresses this behavior to improve the customer experience.

Been coming here for years and it never disappoints. Your better than average fast food option for burritos, tacos, and more! Food is fresh and they have many options. I personally love their steak quesadillas but my friends usually get their burrito.
It’s always packed in here as it’s situated in the heart of Harvard Sq. Sometimes you have to walk around and wait for a table. You’ll find this is a popular spot amongst college students—especially late at night.
There are two lines to order, one at each side of the counter and lines move pretty quick. Plus there is a bar on the first floor and a rooftop bar as well. Seating spans on both the 1st and 2nd floor.
If you visit Cambridge you gotta try this place.
