Horrible service, very disrespectful staff. Came in, and my buddy realized he forgot his ID. Granted that is his fault, but we all make mistakes. They said he can’t be in here without, mind you the group i’m in we’re all 24+. I ask the guy politely like he can’t be in here, it’s 32 degrees out it’s cold in december in massachusetts. The worker followed up with a “he’s a grown man he can do whatever he wants” while his coworkers followed up with “yeah a grown man wouldn’t forget his ID”. Horrible atmosphere and horrible servers, don’t come here

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place was unbelievably bad. The pool tables were filthy, most of the cues are broken. the whole place smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The staff was just as terrible rude, unbothered, and acting like customers were an inconvenience. When we asked for help, they rolled their eyes and ignored us. Food took forever and came out cold, and the server had an attitude when we pointed it out. The worst of it is all this on a slow day. Definitely the worst pool and restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Unfairly treated, brought 7 of my friends there to play in two different pool tables and the guy says if it gets busy he’ll take one of the pool tables away from us. And i told them we paying for it seperaly. But he wasnt having it and was talking to us in a rude way for no reason. I left very angry and unsatisfied. We being there many times when it was busy and that never happened. ‘Bald guy was the bartender didnt know his name’

I’ve always enjoyed this place in the past, but the experience tonight was incredibly disappointing enough to make me rethink coming back. We had a large group for a friend’s birthday and politely asked to reserve a pool table. Despite being courteous and communicative, the two staff members on duty were unreasonably rude and dismissive. They skipped over our party on the waitlist without explanation and moved our reservation name to the bottom of the list, again, without any justification. It felt deliberate and petty.
Not only was this poor customer service, but it also made zero business sense. You’d think they’d want to rent out tables and generate revenue, especially from a large, respectful group. Instead, we were treated like an inconvenience.
To top it off, staff hovered around us the entire night, watching us like hawks. We were repeatedly scolded in an obnoxious way for simply holding our drinks near the pool table. Not placing them down just holding them! What type of pool bar is this!? The tone and behavior were unnecessarily aggressive, making the entire experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
Whatever hospitality training happened here needs to be revisited. If this is how large groups and returning patrons are treated, I’d rather take my business elsewhere.
I truly hope this was just an off night, and that this isn’t the new normal. I’d love to update this review in the future if the service improves and becomes worthy of the reputation this place once had. But tonight? Absolutely not.
UPDATE: Looks like I’m not alone in realizing how rude the staff is. They need to change over the big bald tattooed guy and the big bearded man. Horrible bar tenders.

Went to get a flat top haircut like American basketball player Gary Thompson but nobody inside had scissors. Then I met a few fellas and asked if they wanted to shoot a few balls. Now these were young guys, full of spunk but lacking in proper life experience, so what I did was I laid right down on that pool table and just started telling them about my marriage. How it started beautifully on a cliff overlooking a sunset, to how it ended in a waste water treatment facility and me losing custody of my ferrets. Eventually, they all just started shooting around me and all over me, sinking balls until the game was up and they had to go back to their dorms for the night. Those boys made me feel young again. I might not have gotten a flat top, but I know I made friends to last a lifetime. Brandon, Kenny, and Big Smokes if you see this and wanna hang out please call me with the number I gave you! Its been a few days and you still haven't called! Please!
Parking was a bit tricky during peak hours but I found a spot around the block. I attached a picture so you can get a general sense of the bars layout, its easy to get lost but a good time for sure.
