Great Avocado Toast & Overnight Oats :) the space is always a little busy but they have great items ! That was my first experience. But after the 3rd time I have noticed recurring bad humor and employees being rude, rolling eyes. One day a lady from the counter came to the counter rude and mad to take our order. I get it the place can be busy, but either this is some training or management problem, either they are unpaid or bad treated. Because this is not normal. Every time I went there there were some underline acidity going on. Today we were the first clients of the day. We were waiting in line outside, at 8 o’clock sharp a guys came unlock the big doors, turned his back and didn’t even tell us to come in and when we walked in EVERYONE that we saw looked at us with an unpleasant pissed off way. You guys have a great concept ( and a high!!! Price) clientele are the ones who pay salaries and keep your business open. Work on client service and how to treat clients.

I’m not trying to be a jerk here, but I ordered from this bakery several times through Uber eats. Today I ordered from them canceled literally less than a minute I can prove it it’s in the email and they still charged me for a coffee that they’re trying to say they already made which is complete and utter bullshit it was an iced latte. To get charged For something that I had to cancel because a personal emergency came to lie immediately after I ordered it is absolutely no nonsense even at $5.30
You should be ashamed of yourself I will never order from here again and I canceled my Uber eats membership what a bunch of bullshit

Flour is a great place for lunch. I've tried a few sandwiches from here, and each one has been delicious.
The seasonal menu changes, so there is always something new to try. The place is always busy (so you know it's good), the people are friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. In addition to sandwiches, they have very tasty looking pastries and desserts.
I definitely recommend stopping in for a coffee and something to eat!

Definitely a must when visiting this side. I ordered the veggie quiche and a cucumber mint cooler, refreshingly recommended for this weather. As a sweet treat I got myself a sticky bun, yum!

A beautifully simple and thoughtfully decorated café. We tried the brown butter cinnamon roll and the hummus sandwich—both were perfectly balanced in flavor and generously portioned. The hummus sandwich was light, refreshing, and satisfying without being heavy. The cinnamon roll had just the right touch of sweetness with a rich, buttery finish. Bonus points for the super cute and well-curated merchandise—definitely worth browsing. A lovely spot to start your Harvard tour! It’s just minutes away from the visitor’s centre.

Great food, as with any flour location. Especially recommend the orange and rosemary cupcake, if you're looking for something different. It IS located by Harvard, so depending on the day and time, it may be filled up by students, but late afternoon is generally a good time if you don't like crazy crowds. Plenty of seats. Friendly, helpful staff.

Flour is the best breakfast/lunch option in Boston. Pastries, sandwiches, salads, and drinks are all excellent. I love the summer caprese sandwich and the hummus sandwich. The quiche is one of the best ever! The Greek chicken salad is also so good and travels well in the to-go packaging.

Excellent cafe! The avocado toast was delicious and filling, the service was fantastic. The only lacking thing was the atmosphere, it was too packed with barely any places to sit. It didn’t feel like I could sit down and eat comfortably. Despite that, the delicious food made it up.
