Absolutely love this place (despite it being a bit expensive) ! Food and service are incredible and the craft cocktails are amazing! Getting the tasting menu is a good way to save a little bit on the cost.

Delicious as always! We ordered the pickles, which are always so interesting and tasty, the heirloom tomatoes with peaches which were seasonal and fresh, the sweet corn risotto and the tahini mushrooms which were each so flavorful and rich. We also tried the hot sauce trio for the first time and were not disappointed. Truly we cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

We went here for my wife's birthday and were more than pleasantly surprised. The food was incredible, it felt very seasonal and carefully curated. They took great care of our dietary restrictions, to the point of separating ingredients that my wife was sensitive to. Their approach to wine if incredible, and they even surprised us with a special aperitif that I had never heard of before, which I always think is a nice gesture. I love places that have bizarre options that they know and buy purposely.

Most of the food was excellent, creative and beautiful. On the pickle/ferment plate, I would skip the milk pod.  Lemon potato, purple carrot, tahini, mushroom, and blue fish were excellent.  given the restaurants philosophy as stated on their website, I was shocked to find it, inaccessible with stairs and bathroom without rails. So great food for the physically able! . I was lucky to have an able bodied partner who could help me handle the stairs. I think there should be some warning on the website so other physically disabled people know what they are getting into for a very expensive meal, I felt the service was a little too casual, but I may not be funky enough for this farm to table restaurant.

Forage is off the patio of a residential building in Cambridge, unassuming and earnest with ingredients, preparation, and service that delivers a unique culinary experience. We ordered all the small plates and dwelled on everyone for what and how foraging was applied to make the dish. Would recommend for vegetarians and others looking for a place distinctive and different in an unexpected way.

The ambiance and food is totally not worth the price. It felt like someone opened a restaurant in their basement and acted like its Michelin star place while the quality of food was average. While the food wasn’t great, we had to deal with a very passive aggressive staff and the whole experience was ruined because of their behavior. I was hoping for a nice night and left with disappointment.
