We had called days in advance to make sure being Thanksgiving night and booked a reservation and still waited (45) minutes. While some walk-ins where seated before us. Frequent this place about 4 times a year. Food is always good and consistent. The prices are reasonable, drinks are great and the staff is very attentive and friendly. I really enjoy going here. If you go on a weekend its recommended you make a reservation.

Went after a friend recommended this restaurant to me. It didn't disappoint! Place was great! For appetizers we had Onion soup which was perfect and Potato skins which came out crispy and delicious! We had garden salads which you can tell were very fresh. Creamy Italian was a plus since a lot of places don't have it as an option. Wife had the 9 oz Filet Mignon that was cooked perfectly and great flavor. I had the 12 oz Ny sirloin and I can't wait o go back to get another! Great place with very reasonable prices for the area! Can't go wrong here make your reservations and enjoy some good eats! ?

I have been to Franks several times. I brought my step son and grandson who were visiting from out of state. I raved about this restaurant. We ate in a different section and this was not a great experience. The server rushed us and I asked not to have my dinner order put in until we had finished our appetizer. She did not listen and before I was halfway through my salad she came over our entrees and started pushing our dishes out of the way in order to fit our entrees. She told me of the vegetable of the day and served something else. I will not be going back any time soon.

Tables are a little too close together, could hear word for word the tables conversation next to us. Waitress was awesome, checking in to see if we needed anything consistently. Food was good, service was good. Would recommend.

Frank's is a favorite of mine, neighborhood for me. This time the food was not up to par. Last time it was excellent! Perhaps because it was a very busy Saturday night. I decided to try Haddock piccata with angel hair pasta. The sauce was almost lumpy and the fish was just ok, pasta a bit overcooked, disappointing dish. The clam chowder was too salty and a bit lumpy. Salads are always great, crispy, cold and fresh! The bruchetta is to die for! My friend's steak was supposed to be medium well but was well done, it was ok. Another steak was supposed to be rare and it was but there was a raw section near the bone which was a take home for further cooking. I was told the short ribs were very good as was the baked haddock. LIsa is an amazing waitress, kudos to her for her impeccable timing, pleasant demeanor and overall just a delight!
The Ravanis family continues to savor a wonderful family restaurant atmosphere! A classic place that is one of the most consistent places I have ever dined at! Very friendly staff that gives you the feeling they really want you there! Do not change the formula!!! It works.

We walked in, and the server ignored us. Three tables of two people each came in after us, and they got their drink, appetizer, and full meal before we even received our first drink. The owner was walking around several times, but didn't even acknowledge that we were sitting there with nothing in front of us for almost 35 minutes. When the food came out which was ordered medium rare it was raw so we sent it back and the server was so embarrassed he handed it to the owner, who walked over and said here you go. would think he would acknowledge what a bad experience we were having, we don't expect a comp or anything like that but just to acknowledge that everything was horrible would've been nice. We've been wanting to go to this place for years and it was such a disappointment, we go to hundreds of restaurants a year, and this is certainly one we will never return to.
