We had a large group. (13 people) And we had a reservation. They were able to take us early and it was easy to make a reservation, good service and delicious food. For the number of people, the food and drinks came out fast and everyone enjoyed their meal. I look forward to making another reservation soon for another meeting. Hopefully we'll be able to do dinner there sometime to see the different menu.

Great elegant place with an open display kitchen. Enjoyed the caponata and arancini to start. Nice small portions to share. Excellent flavor and texture with both. I finished with the grilled Octopus once again great flavor octopus was not over cooked. Salsa verde was creamy, a nice take. Delish in a big way

Nice local pizza spot, plenty of space for large parties, good outside patio, nice bar. Very laid back atmosphere, easy going service 😁. Good food. My favorite was pizza with mushrooms. We also had their appetizer platter with all 6 of them and they are good, meatballs are good as well. Nice pasta selection, we tried three of them and they were all good. My list favorite was actually beans in the octopus dish, the octopus was great, but the beans were hard to eat.

The mushroom and pepperoni pizza were delish, but the ragu was the real showstopper. The drinks were also tasty and the service was great! 10/10 recommend :)
We were walk-ins on a very busy Saturday night - they fit us in with a smile. The food was fresh, zingy, and came out promptly. Server was top notch.

The Boston Harbor Angels as part of the Boston Harbor Angels dinner club had a wonderful meal at Gufo. The elaborate pizzas just kept coming. They enjoyed the prosciutto and anchovies appetizers. The staff were wonderful and the atmosphere was jovial and lively. Thank you Gufo!

Gufo has been our go-to neighborhood date spot. Ever since they opened their doors — the food, drinks, ambiance, and service always delivers. Their outdoor patio is great in the summer or crisp fall weather for a brunch or coffee while their interior is warm and cozy for intimate dinners (gorgeous bar seating).
We absolutely love the snap pea caesar and pork + beef meatballs as starters. We follow that with their delicious and inventive cocktails (Pen Pal and Yacht Rock are our current favorites). For entrees we usually go with a selection of pasta or pizza (definitely try the squid ink pasta with clams). Psst... save room for dessert as well as their olive oil cake is so so good.
Highly recommend dining in, but also if you're considering a private event... this is THE venue. We loved working with Meg to host our wedding here and she's an absolute gem and maestro — going above and beyond in answering our questions and digging into the details around the food and space as well as coordinating the staff for the event. The day was truly one for the books — thank you Gufo!!
