They couldn’t even pickup the phone after failing to deliver my order. Ended up using UberEats instead and it was greasy and a huge disappointment.

Literally the worst food we have ever ordered. It was expensive, half our order was incorrect, the “award winning Mac n cheese burger” had an old bun that was so hard it literally crunched.

Burger was raw not rare but raw. The bun was so hard I couldn’t cut it with a sharp knife. All was very disappointing

This was ordered via Uber Eats so was expecting some quality issues at a much higher price. The sandwich was just ok but the restaurant was out of fries. They never once contacted me, they didn't even bother to start making the order. when the driver got there to pick up the order they're HIM call to see if I still wanted the order. I had already been waiting over an hour, now he had to wait for a sandwich to be made, which took over 30 more minutes. Now, I have paid a much higher price to get an ok sandwich in almost 2 hours. $27.00 for a sandwich makes this something I will definitely pass on in the future.

I ordered from the Newport KY location last night. What a rip-off. The “shareable, enough for two people” Jalapeño Pig Poppers ended up being three pathetic jalapeños with barely any sausage in the stuffing. For $12.99!!!! Not nearly enough for one, let alone two people. The fried pickles were mostly wet dough, definitely not fried all the way. The Cajun chicken Alfredo was… adequate. Chicken itself was alright, but the sauce was bland and watery. Guy, if you’re putting your name on something, do some quality assurance on your product or lose your credibility.

Worst wing experience in a long time. Hard and dry. At least the sauce was on the wings this time instead of on the bottom of the box! Limp celery. Dried out carrot sticks. I thought storing and handling prepped components was a thing! Ranch dressing, slightly tweaked for the OG Cesar that was nicely composed of romaine butts? ? Should we talk about being a delivery only joint? Ok, so when you get an order that’s about 12 miles away, you’re located less than a mile from I-5, as is the destination address, and your driver opts for using surface streets instead of the freeway. Why, to ensure the order is cold when it arrives? WT actual F ??? ?‍♂️ The whiskey chocolate cake was okay, didn’t really taste whiskey or anything like it though. I’m over Flavor Town and the food yeller. ?

Horrible! The chips from our chips and queso were stale and chewy. The queso had a dried cheese film on the top. The hamburger was nothing more than a fast food burger and the fries seemed like a frozen bag from the grocery store. Nothing had any flavor. $100 for us to eat horrible food! Guy should be ashamed!

Absolute train wreck of an experience. Guess they are called ghost kitchens because nobody shows up! After two and a half hours of waiting for food, we suddenly get a message our order was cancelled. Clearly they have no clue how to run this concept according to all these other reviews. Doesn’t sound like the food I never got would have been good anyway. Thieves.
