Always comfortable, delicious with great service. And my friend and I really appreciated being able to hear each other!

We arrived early to enjoy cocktails. Room was made for us at the bar. Cocktails were excellent. When or reservation time rolled around, we were given a choice of tables and seated promptly. Service was excellent and food outstanding. After, we went back to the bar and enjoyed conversation with the bar tenders, who were very knowledgeable, friendly, good teachers, and generous. Great night!

Food was solid but unexciting, except for the bread which was definitely old, and the granola on the dessert that was rancid. They kindly took the dessert off the bill.

This spot is always a favorite — if not for the food, then certainly for the atmosphere. The service is consistently impeccable, and the menu offers a wonderful range of choices, from vegetarian dishes to meats and fish. On this visit, we started with the salad topped with goat cheese croquettes, which was divine, and the roast chestnut agnolotti. For our mains, we both chose fish — the swordfish and the halibut. The swordfish was excellent, though the halibut was just slightly overcooked. I continue to enjoy going here but because it is pricey it is only for special occasions for me.

This was our first time at Harvest. Our party of five all loved our meals including a burger, crabmeat eggs benedict, and omelette. Everything was made with fresh ingredients and arrived in a timely manner. Our waiter was as very friendly and never rushed us. The patio was warm & cozy even on a November afternoon. Would be repeat customers next time we're in Cambridge!

The service was impeccable and the food amazing. Great ambience, though some spots are quite brightly lit

Last night we had a delightful experience with the beef carpaccio and lobster pasta appetizers, the most beautiful Salmon dish ever, and wonderful halibut. I woke up wondering how to make pumpkin mole and cauliflower puree!! Can’t wait to try more of this new menu!

A party of three arrives at 1:30 and it takes an hour+ to make an omelette, French toast and steak and eggs. The excuse was a big party sat down. Disappointing

Sat at bar. Lovely attentive bartenders & service, but the food, wait for food & blowing cold air air conditioner were major detractors. Food was sadly & disappointingly “meh”- so hoping for better. Caesar salad for price was downright insulting, pasta was cold, burger & fries just ok.

Ordered the chefs menu and the bass and waygu were awesome..the first and last course were terrible. Cantaloupe should have been sweet not pickled and no one should serve freezing cold pie. Was disappointed for the price.

Wonderful ambience, and the food is fresh and innovative. Harvest is a special restaurant.

It’s good, but not knock your socks off good. Staff is superb, food doesn’t feel it’s equal to the cost. I would say the dining area feels like it needs an upgrade. The space feels like a hotel breakfast room dressed up for dinner service.

very noisy group of celebrants next to us, but all in good fun. clearly a night out for them. been coming to harvest since the 80's...always a premier venue for food and service. last night was no different- our server was low key, accommodating, and respectful but not distant- a pleasant experience. food was, as usual, impeccably prepared and a pleasure to eat. i must take exception to the salad- a few pieces of greens, a few grape halves, and a smattering of sliced apples for $17 or $18 was shameful, it was okay, but certainly not a salad to be proud of. ditto the salmon appetizer - seriously kids, 2/3 of an ounce of "pretty" should have been an amuse bouche, not around 20 bucks. that said, the restaurant deserves to continue to rest on it's laurels, while still paying attention to some detail to the menu offerings. i hope this is gently posited, constructively offered, and taken from a long time customer who will continue to enjoy your restaurant. many, many years of terrific food and service is something to be extremely proud of. keep up the good work ! there is always room for gentle criticism and having owned restaurants in boston and cambridge in the late 70's, early 80's, i know only too well about the power of a review - i truly hope that you take this at face value from a long, long, time patron who has been with you, literally, since the beginning. best regards, jeffrey presser
