It was okay. I'd say there are many many better hot chicken sandwhich options out there. The chicken was pretty stringy, and the spice had no flavor. Maybe I just got a bad sando, but for sure wouldn't come here again for what the price is. The fries were good and the service was friendly!

Hot Chix Boston is a Chicken Sandwich and quick service meal place located in the heart of Cambridge. We found this while driving by, and decided to stop in and grab a bite.
The place has some nice atmosphere, with many tables throughout. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and made the meal quick and didn't make us wait too long. There could be more decor, but the decor they did have was pretty unique and fits the vibe of the restaurant.
As for the food, it was good. The Nashville Hot Chicken was juicy and had good flavor, and the chicken patty was crispy and went well with the ingredients. We also tried the Old Bay French Fries, which were good, though I thought it could've had more seasoning.
Overall, still a great spot to visit in the area.

I was eager to eat at this establishment, after viewing numerous luxurious looking posts this company made via their instagram. I had nothing but high hopes, enthusiasm, and excitement about eating at this restaurant. Unfortunately I was left with no other words aside from disappointment, from the lack of flavor, over priced food, and awful texture. The chicken sandwich alone was nearly 14 dollars with no additional sides or drink. For paying nearly 20 dollars for a meal I was expecting some special, but no, all I was left with was an under seasoned sandwich, minimal toppings, and seemingly Kraft Mac and cheese. If you have any passion for food at all, please never eat here, I’m begging you. Never again I’ll eat at this sorry excuse of a restaurant. 2/10.

They messed up my mild chicken sandwich and made Nashville hot 6 months ago I returned to the store 6 times no joke 6TIMES The manager was never there the ladies who work there always pretend to write stuff down but every time I came back everyone looked at me like they've never heard about my issue. That was upsetting so I said forget it i gave up for a month I go back today and finally they give me the managers personal phone number. He finally makes things right when I come back 30 mins later. The employee is mad he asks how many times I've been here I said 5 or 6 he says so you got free food 5 times THIS SHOWS THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND COMMUNICATION I said no I tried to get this fixed all these times. He gets aggressive amd starts swearing follows me outside the store while grabbing his crotch and tries to attack me and his coworker stops him just before. I called the OWNER to tell him he calls me a LIAR he blocked me absolutely unprofessional terrible trash place. THIS IS ALL ON CAMERA. I noticed an earlier review by Hannah Durkee she had her food undercooked and whoever replied said it didn't reflect their standards it DOES and when you try to make things right you get disrespected and blocked. Again the employee grabbed his crotch 3 times before following me outside and attempting to attack me this is all on camera again

Was excited to try with my family we came in and had an eat in order we ordered 4 chicken sandwiches one was undercooked and 2 had the wrong spice level. When I attempted to get my order fixed or refunded was informed the manager wasn't present and is never present and they cant do it without him. I asked for a phone number and was not provided one. Google doesn't provide one as well this was almost 5 months ago. I left my phone number and whoever this mythical manager is never called I'm sure he doesn't exist. When I went back last month the same employees I spoke to acted like they had no idea what happened absolutely terrible service and I couldn't tell you if the food was good they should be ashamed of themselves. but I will be contacting my bank to dispute this charge and get my money back.
