Came in earlier today and there seemed to be an argument with the manager and an employee, it was quite loud, who I believed to be the manager was straight up yelling at the employee at one point.. and could still hear her when they went further back. Feel bad for the employee. Was just trying to get cookies but it was very distracting, could barely get a word in, and it seemed like the girl she was yelling at wanted to diffuse the situation. I also saw a child sitting where the fight was taking place, not sure why because he had no work shirt on but my heart goes out to him. The employee that was getting yelled at came back out and personally apologized to me after, not even the manager or higher-up or whoever she is, these employees deserve more!! Cookies were good, atmosphere not so much

Went in to get some cookies, spoke to a boy named Gevonn. My cookies were horribly dry and overbaked. Service is generally very good, I come here often, but when he is on shift the cookies are always crumbly and dry.

It's been a while since I've been to Insomnia Cookies. Friends and I decided to grab some cookies while walking by. Oatmeal chocolate walnut - so dry and hard it was inedible. Chocolate peanut butter - also dry and crumbly. Double chocolate mint -the one of the three that was somewhat soft and edible. I appreciate that the cookies will get hard in the warmer, but why on earth would you try to sell them when they are so hard they do not even break easily. Back to Crumbl in Central Square.
