I don't know who the owner of this place is, but just so you know, your employees are trying to screw you over. I was subjected to insults and rudeness in the shop 2 times in a row. I will never pass by that store again.

The cookies were warm and absolutely delicious. Really fabulous. I hate to be debbie-downer but, honestly, there was no one in the tiny store when I got there and the employee scowled at me when I walked up the steps. Wow. She was fast and efficient, though, and I was out of there quickly. She even bid me ‘thank you, have a great day.’ So, clearly she rallied. But at first? It was a rough start.

Ordered a box through the site, system communicated the incorrect address and it was delivered quite far off even though my location is tagged for them. Called and their customer service rep confirmed a new box to be sent out with the store. Waited an hour, called again and the rep tried to contact the store but they seemed to have closed early because no orders they received were being worked on nor anyone answering the phone. Customer service line is A+ but employees at the actual shop need some work.

Cookies are great and relatively affordable but customer service is lacklustre at best. Only one employee working when I went and they were in the back for a few minutes before they realised we were waiting to be served on the shop floor. Overall this didn’t affect my experience, but I can see why the reviews frequently mention the customer service.

Insomnia as a franchise is great. The employees at this location, though, are extremely rude. I ordered via DoorDash and they simply never delivered my order. I recommend going in store to ensure that you get what you pay for. The employees here seem to eat customers' orders and hang around on the clock.

The staff is not helpful at all. The staff does not work willingly and their faces are always sullen. They look like they had to talk. They have to prepare orders even though the store is empty. They make you wait even though there is no queue. There are a lot of people waiting to order, and people who come to pick up their orders are also waiting. You have 15-20 minutes to wait. Think twice before coming. Their cookies are delicious but they need to update their employees and they need to update their work systems.

I was having the best day ever and last night at 12am I went to pick up cookies. The lady working the night shift literally growl before I even walked up the steps. Instead of creating me she growled. I was literally scared and grossed out that I even had to talk to her. I had to pick up two orders and she was so rude and angry, like if I was a child or in undergrad she could literally inflict damage because it wasn't even angry it was unsafe her enery. She CANT EVEN SMILE AT SOMEONE PICKING UP TWO ORDERS. Her personal problems shouldn't be our business. I should not have a great day and walk into a cookie store with anxiety, sadness and aggression projected onto me. Just cuz her life sucks doesn't mean she gets to project this onto customers. Its such a nice area her boss should take notice and for the sake of other kids safety I will be reporting this to corporate. Yall should just hire a easy going? calm happy person and watch your business flourish. Her attitude was so terrible on a spectrum I wonder if it was being done intentional. Like HOW can someone be this rude yet unaware therefore this rude and it's legal...
