Always super so slow service and about $1-2 dollars more expensive a slice than Joe’s Pizza in NYC. I walked in this afternoon with one person in front of me, and they had five people working behind the counter. Only one person was doing anything and didn’t even acknowledge the person in front of me.

some random white skinned woman working who claimed to be a manager accused my friend of stealing after he BOUGHT a soda. she accused him outright of stealing, claimed to have seen it with her own eyes and then ran the cameras back just to have the owner apologize for her when she realized she was wrong and blatantly profiled him. if you’re of color, DON’T give them your business.

It seems management has let this place go down hill and they’re even bordering on health code issues. There were at least two guys in the back without gloves on handling pizzas and touching them after they were cooked. So during the slicing and plating process they would wipe their hands on their pants or aprons and then grab the pizzas with their dirty hands etc.
The worse part is the pizzas were coming out undercooked if you get a whole pie, the cheese would slide right off and the bottom was all soggy and floppy.
Really unfortunate that they’re ruining a good franchise, hope they get better workers. It seems management has let this place go down hill and they’re even bordering on health code issues. I came here, buzzing, after a show at the Sinclair tonight and they were open Monday late night so I got 3 slices of goodness, except...it was greatness...the mushroom & onion slices are so primo, munchies heaven, and the whole team is on point. Really great pizzas here with lots of skill added...
