I recently learned that this place opened in Boston, Ma 7 months ago. When I go to or drive through New York City I always have to stop at a Joe's Pizza... usually the one on Fulton St. I live in Fall River so that's a 3 hour ride. They've got some of the best NY style pizza in my opinion. The toppings are simple yet delicious and the crust is crispy and light and just perfectly cooked. You can order by the slice or order a whole big pie. This new location in Boston definitely did not disappoint, the employees were pleasant, patient and helpful to all of the people walking in, some you could tell it was their first time. The pizza tasted just like the Joe's in NY and it's 2 hours closer. I was told that they are looking to open another location in Ma. I hope they open many more across the state... it would be nice to have a Joe's close to home.

Fast service and good food. The place is on the smaller side. It's very casual. The prices are expensive but it's worth it. Also, you're in Cambridge so it makes sense. The crust is the best crust I've ever tasted on a pizza so it's always worth it to come here for me.

This is an iconic location in this area. The pizza was simply delicious at great prices too.The pepperoni is classic, the sliced are large, and everything is made so well - from the crust to the cheese. Great pizza place.5/5

I have to say I wasn't super impressed by this well-known and highly touted pizzeria that's arrived into Harvard Square and apparently made a huge splash. The mozarella basil pizza slice was decent, but much too thin (I guess they specialize in a thin crust?). Also the basil got sort of 'cooked; which is not good. Also got a gourmet or supreme (I forgot the exact wording) which was a mix of various types of meats and onions. Given that it's $6 per slice (what world do we live in!), I was less than impressed. Chef staff though was enthusiastic and should be commended for their speedy service during a fairly heavily populated rush hour.

I am normally a South Shore Bar Pizza fan, but I do love a good NYC slice and I have always gone to Joe's pizza in NY ever since I first went on a Foods of NYC tour..... I love that it is just as good here in Boston as in

A great quick bite for $5! I got a slice pepperoni pizza and I really enjoyed it. I have tried joes and prince street pizza in New York before and I would say I prefer Joe's pizza. I'm very glad they came to Boston! I will definitely be back in the future.

Ordered here when they first opened a few months ago and it was good. Now it's straight garbage. No sauce and cheap ingredients. Not NYC style at all anymore!Parking: No parking at all

Amazing service, the whole team was so funny and kind, and the pizza is well priced and great, one of the best I've had in the greater Boston area :)

The hype is real. You never know for sure when something is so promoted if it's the real deal or not but this is. Has a slice of caprese, which was very good, and a slice of the Sicilian, which was heavenly. My God this is terrific pizza.

First time trying this place. Ordered 2pies for takeout via Slice. Have to say, the guy at the counter barely said a word. Not a smile or a greeting, just a blank stare. Did not make a good impression at all. Luckily, for Boston, the pizza was pretty good. If the for the unfortunate miss in customer service, I would've rated the place higher.
