In Boston for training and ordered takeout because I had some work to do back at the hotel. Service was great, especially from the bartender who processed my payment. Wagyu burger was good but too much for me to eat in one sitting. The bacon jam was a nice touch and a little sweet but not overpowering. Fries were crispy with a nice amount of salt and cheese. It was a very generous serving of fries. I would go back again to try out something smaller on the menu. Inside was nice, modern, casual vibe. About a 10 minute walk from the hotel I stayed at. Food was still quite warm when I ate it in my hotel room even though the weather outside was -8.

I’ve come here several times because there is always something fantastic to pick from on the menu. I’ve gone midday, dinner time, after work drinks, and even during Dine Out week so there’s truly something for everyone. There’s great apps for sharing (unfortunately they stopped serving their poutine) and all of the cocktails hit.
The price point is on the higher end, but the wait staff is always incredibly friendly and the ambiance is clean yet cozy.

If you're looking for a great place for a lunch meeting in Kendall Square, this is one place that I highly recommend. It's conveniently located close to public transit and parking. It has a great menu and wonderful staff!
We had a team lunch here to celebrate a member's recent marriage. The table was great and there was low traffic so no noise at all. Service was good and the food was, frankly, outstanding. I am celiac, and the chicken Thia sandwich was a special treat indeed! I have not gone to this place enough. Knowing their quality and robust GF options, I will definitely be back!
Five stars! 10 out of 10!

Glass House listed as having lunch for Dine Out 2025. When I showed up to taste their vegetarian offerings, I was told the lunch listing was a mistake. It is. unclear to me if it’s Dine Out’s mistake or the restaurant. They did not offer an alternative.
The restaurant was mostly empty on the Friday night we visited. It took a while for the host to greet and seat us and then a while for the waitress to visit our table. The service during our meal was excellent, though, and the food was good. It is a good location with good food but had a feeling of limping along without much life in the environment.
The service was a lot slower than per previous experiences (almost 2 hours for a business lunch with 5 people). All else was fine. The vegetable curry was really good
Very average, the blue fish pate was OK but the crostini could break a tooth.

Absolutely gorgeous place to have dinner! We went on a warm night, through a Boston heat wave, and the open doors and patio-style setup - in addition to the amazing food and service (my drinks never stayed empty for long, and there were more appetizers than I could sample) truly made the night feel like paradise.
If you're in downtown Boston/Cambridge and are looking for a relaxing environment with a high-quality atmosphere and excellent cuisine, this is definitely a place to put on your list.

Glass House hosted a TERF fundraiser last month. The owner, Brair Group, has no business claiming to be lgbtq friendly.
My experience was a massive disappointment
