After eating at stata exclusively for so long, finally trying Koch Café was a treat. Although the selection is far more limited, I found that the food was prepared with more care and overall higher quality. It is expensive but that's not exclusive to Koch as many places on campus are pricey. A must try to diversify your campus eating experience.
Edit. They surprisingly improved their service: no food rationing anymore! Choose whatever you want and then pay by weight. If they add a free water source like , will give them 5 stars.No free water source. They charge 10c for a cup and send you to a potable water fountain across the hall . This is surprising, free water is a basic health need.Food rationing /portioning and limited variety of hot entrees. Koch cafe is basically a Soviet cafeteria of 80s. I really do not understand...
