The spiced hot chocolate. Is amazing g, so rich,not over sweet.
Always grab a mouse. Pastries great, the lemon chocolate didn't do it for me, something off with lemon. Loved about 7 others there.

Beautiful chocolate shop with the richest hot chocolate! Had the SIGNATURE BURDICK HOT CHOCOLATE with Dark Chocolate and it was thick, creamy, sweet, and warm… everything you could ask for in hot chocolate. It gets loud sometimes, there is limited seating, but it’s still a very nice shop☺️ if you’re a chocolate lover, definitely save this place!

I experienced extremely unprofessional and discourteous behavior from the store manager when I was trying to return a new tote bag I purchased from them a few days ago, and it’s brand new and unused. He refused a return on a non-food item, despite the return policy printed on the receipt explicitly stating that only food items are non-returnable. This discrepancy and the manager's attitude are unacceptable. Great job, as a local small business losing another customer. Question is, is the manager going to chew the tote bag as a pack of white chocolate? Lol

I've been here a few times and really love the warm atmosphere. Their hot chocolate is so creamy and delicious, but not too sweet (especially the dark hot chocolate).

Lovely for a date or to bring the family. Just show up a little early, because it is usually packed!

While on tour in Boston during a hot summer, I went to cool off at the recommendation of an American friend! The atmosphere was nice and the mouse-shaped chocolate was impressive.

Amazing chocolate shop serving authentic Belgian-style chocolate and pastries. I’m usually not a chocolate person and I rarely like chocolate in the states (American style chocolate is always too sweet for my taste), but this place really serves the most amazing hot chocolate in the US. They also have fantastic cakes, mousse, etc and various chocolate gift boxes. They have a few tables inside and it’s really cozy. Even though this shop is located at Harvard square (full of tourist traps), this chocolate shop is frequented and much beloved by the locals (not just students).

Although I come here often, today, unlike other times, I visited early in the morning and ate dark hot chocolate and cheese croissants.
The dark hot chocolate had a rich but smooth taste. The milk foam slightly on top added a touch of flair, and I was able to enjoy the deep, rich chocolate flavor made by melting real chocolate.
If you visit in the morning, you can enjoy crispy croissants. The croissants are not too sweet or buttery and have a bit of saltiness, so I think they probably used salted butter, but that's just a guess. The interior has a moderate texture, not soft but satisfying.
The coffee is also great, especially the iced Americano. The prices are a bit high, but reasonable considering the location and quality. Gift chocolates and cakes are very pretty and delicious, but the prices are high.
There is a space where you can eat in the store, but there are not many seats, but the photos come out well thanks to the clean and warm atmosphere. Bright and warm toned lighting creates a pleasant and luxurious atmosphere.
