We picked “La Fábrica” to celebrate my husband's birthday and we had a great experience. Our server was very friendly and attentive, Kelvin the manager came over a few times to make sure we were accommodated and happy with the experience. Overall I highly recommend this place for any occasion.

Unfortunately some of food was cold when it arrived. Portion sizes were small for the price. It's too bad most dishes don't include a side. Drinks were great, food not so much.

We celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday last night at La Fabrica. I drove almost 2 hours to get to the restaurant from the Springfield, MA area because I wanted to my daughter to have authentic Spanish food and dance to a live band. I have to say the reservation team was amazing. I had to add to my reservation last minute and when I notified them I was going to be late, they moved my reservation to another time with no hesitation. They were very accommodating. The food, drinks, and the dining room staff service was great, especially our waitress. After dinner we chose to stay in the front bar area to enjoy the live band. We started to dance and have a great till first a waiter yelled at us for being in the way and told us we couldn't stand where we were standing. We moved again and someone else told us to move again. We tried to dance again and got spoked to AGAIN. We understand the place is very small and gets packed but it was very annoying, so unfortunately we left. I was enjoying the live band but the constant being told to move and move was annoying. I wish the restaurant would expand their front room or remove all the dining tables to make more room or move the live back to their back club room. That's just my opinion because it's a shame not to enjoy a live band and not being able to dance or move around instead of standing in place in a room packed like sardines. I would love to go back but because of the limited space, I would probably go somewhere else.

10/10! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! Truly an amazing experience. From the food, to the staff, to the nightlife. My husband and I were there last night for an overdue date night and we both agreed that we made the PERFECT decision with going here! We will definitely be repeat customers!

La Fabrica Central is one of my Latino cuisine restaurants in MA. I’m never disappointed. This time, a group of 5 people went to celebrate a birthday and everyone left so happy and satisfied.
The food is always delicious and the presentation is on point! Recently, our group of people ordered different dishes so we could try different things. The salmon with passion fruit sauce, ceviche mixto, mofongo con camarones, y la chuleta kan kan were delicious. I don’t eat pork, but the chuleta kan kan looked so good that I had to try it. Wow, it was cooked to perfection! The meat was so moist and the skin/cuerito was so good. Every single dish was delicious. The tres leche cake was delicious and the staff sang happy birthday. Throughout the visit, the staff was very attentive and fast.
As a bonus, they have live Latin music on the weekends and you can dance if you wish. They earned their 5 stars! ⭐️

A delicious restaurant with creative sushi, excellent fried fish, and much more. Cozy. There's live music with dancing on Thursdays-it's a heartwarming experience.
We loved the avocado salad with thinly sliced avocado. The salmon was cooked a bit longer than I prefer and didn't have much passion fruit sauce. The portion size was good. For dessert we liked the passion fruit mousse (very tasty) better than the coconut flan and tres leches cake (surprisingly served in a small glass). The service was good. The waitress asked permission to serve dishes as they were ready, rather than all at once.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Food was great, well portioned. Restaurant has a separate area in the back that turns into a nightclub (certain nights of the week.)

I went here for a birthday party a few weeks ago, i was very impressed with the food, it is fantastic!!, the music and atmosphere amazing, drinks omg!! Finally!!!, however after spending $1000+ i was expecting more consideration of your team, the waitress was really nice, there was a male staff very rude and spent the entire night making our stay very unpleasant moving us here and there, no matter where we went, we had a reservation and a table and after we had to move to the bar, at the end this affected the great service of the waitress, obviously since we were a group the tip was included but if was for me i wouldnt leave anything after how we were treated, very sad to see how 1 person destroy the effort of the entire team. Great place thought, i loved everything

be aware that if you are seated near the front, the live music will be so loud that you can’t talk to the rest of the people in your party and your server will need to yell in your ears to talk to you. I respectfully explained the situation to the man in charge of the speakers; his only defense was that there were no speakers in the back of the restaurant (I walked to the back in anticipation of this before complaining, so I was able to tell him that it was already at a normal volume in the back, which he ignored). Then, he turned the volume up. Incredibly disrespectful behavior from people who aren’t even members of the restaurant staff
