We picked “La Fábrica” to celebrate my husband's birthday and we had a great experience. Our server was very friendly and attentive, Kelvin the manager came over a few times to make sure we were accommodated and happy with the experience. Overall I highly recommend this place for any occasion.
We celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday last night at La Fabrica. I drove almost 2 hours to get to the restaurant from the Springfield, MA area because I wanted to my daughter to have authentic Spanish food and dance to a live band. I have to say the reservation team was amazing. I had to add to my reservation last minute and when I notified them I was going to be late, they moved my reservation to another time with no hesitation. They were very accommodating. The food,...
10/10! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! Truly an amazing experience. From the food, to the staff, to the nightlife. My husband and I were there last night for an overdue date night and we both agreed that we made the PERFECT decision with going here! We will definitely be repeat customers!
