Our waiter was excellent. As a matter fact, he’s the only reason that the dining experience was bearable. The food was below average especially at the prices that we paid. We are from Virginia but honestly we get better seafood there than we did at Legal. I ordered stuffed lobster tails, stuffed with shrimp and scallops and breading. And it was all breading! Supposedly the scallops and shrimp was chopped up in there, but I was digging through it, and couldn’t find but three pieces. And the lobster was barely enough for four bites at best. The cracker breading filled the plate. And even when shown to the general manager and Chef, they still stood by their recipe without concession or apology. So beware – do not order the stuffed lobster. Better yet – find yourself a better restaurant.

I give 5 stars to the Bartenders but the one star is for the Manager and his disrespect to his staff. I’ve heard snarky comments to the bartending staff saying “oh you’re working real hard” in a passive aggressive manner. I’ve been a regular here and I don’t have any issues with my service. I find these comments really awful to hear and doesn’t create a good vibe. To find out he is the General Manger was shocking. Food is great, drinks are great and service is too. The sour note is the manger making comments to the staff which isn’t discrete at all. Service workers work hard and should be encouraged rather than beat down. Really disappointed to see this and hopefully that General manager can learn to encourage people and create a positive vibe as opposed to what I’ve seen. Bartenders are great and keep me coming back on a regular basis. It bothers me to see them disrespected so I feel the need to give this feedback.

I was extremely happy with the quality of the food. The price was as to be expected for a restaurant like this. However, I got overcharged for the total on my bill by nearly $8 USD. Even after emailing this through to the manager there was no help at all with the evidence I provided. I would never go to this restaurant again with using my credit card. NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL.

Though the restaurant was so spacious and so empty, they put us too deep inside the restaurant, right next to the exit. As it was not lunch or dinner time, literally there were not many people. And in that corner section, there were some asians who were enjoying late lunch as if they have asian section. The white people came in after us, they were seated at the window side quite separated from those asians and that seat was more bright and open obviously. The food was okay and fish and chips were good but the service mattered for us. We experienced racism and will never go back as I and my fellows also got offended.

Service wasn't great and the food was somewhat ok. I've been to other LSF's before and I know that their food is generally great, but this wasn't. The server misheard my request for one drink and brought two (I had been ordering for myself and a friend, so requesting one drink to share, and two of the same food), and said it wasn't possible to bring it back without charge. A glass was cracked and after asking for it to be replaced, it wasn't until maybe 10 minutes that they remembered (also I'm fairly sure it wasn't that crowded during that time). The tables were unstable, causing it to spill the drinks when someone was carefully trying to get back into the seat. I'm unsure what the general restaurant policy is for splitting bills, but the server bluntly said they couldn't and just left without much explanation. The food was alright, but the fries didn't have a lot of flavor in it (neither did the burger if I'm honest, the toppings were the only thing that helped it and you could taste that something was burnt). Overall didn't have a great experience there I wouldn't go back to eat there again.
