The Mushroom Taco was amazing, the opt. vegan taco with tofu was good. All items on the menu are labelled, including non-vegan drinks (e.g. Worcestershire sauce).

My husband and I went to Lone Star Taco Bar for the first time tonight. The service was quick, friendly, and efficient! Our waiter answered all our questions and took great care of me with my food allergies! I felt totally safe!! The food was packed with so much flavor and everything just melts in your mouth! The guacamole was literally the best I’ve ever had in my life and the tacos were flavorful and fresh!! We wanted to try one of everything so we will definitely be back. The ambiance is welcoming and I loved the decor. 10/10 stars!!

Guys, love you so much. Just please figure out why when i search for a bar in the area you do not come up! Added a screenshot and my girlfriend confirmed on her phone. Let’s get down to brass tax. While El Cruncho Supremo may indeed be El, it isn’t truly so Cruncho, nor is it particularly Supremo. But it IS wrapped in tortilla, and tortilla is made out of dough, and dough is what a small photogenic cat like Noxler is after. She is a mathematician insofar as the cube theory of food applies (e.g. “is a pizza technically and open faced sandwich”), and she excels at the equation because her answer is “I will eat that bread while you are not paying attention”.
Now Omelette (my dog), she couldn’t give a damn. Cruncho or Notto, she is concerned with the proverbial Bread of Sleep, on the couch particularly, which is a couch that “belongs” to me only in a hypothetical sense (though I did pay American Dollars for it) because she spends most of her time on it (and time, as we all know, is money) so in reality SHE is the true owner of the couch, at least in a broadly financial sense if you squint your eyes. Or not, I don’t know, I was just kinda zoning out while eating the Cruncho Supremo.
It’s an alright sandwich. Or dumpling. I don’t know, apply the cube theory of food to it and see what sticks. Don’t expect too much Crunch nor that much Supreme. But DO expect an extremely cute little black cat with no tail (she was born without it) to muscle her big round eyes in front of you and stare, with malicious intent, at El. And if your question is “will she steal a bite when I’m not looking?” I would not recommend you or the dog lose any sleep over it.

Personally I’ve found anything not a taco to be less than good here, and the tacos are pretty small for the price. However most (not all) of the tacos are good. Takeout always seems to take a long time for some reason. When I went there on a weekend night it was very loud and a little cramped inside. I tried the torta and the hot dog once and the torta was very bland, while the hot dog was really gross and messy. It would be fun to hang here with friends and get a drink but it’s not the best food quality.

Honestly, its nothing really to write home about. The food is decent and the Nachos are nostalgic with that of something you might make at home. The margs seemed to be on the sweeter side however the beer/shot/tomato juice combo was a great deal. The staff are welcoming and the vibes are good

The food was delicious! Mushroom asada tacos are a must try, the tostada was also good. The Guacamole was the low point amongst the dishes we ordered. Unfortunately the service isn't the same, there was one person working through the bar and he was also greeting the customers was very unfriendly. The other service staff were good.
