The service was terrible. I'm not sure why they appeared to be short staffed on a Friday. All the tables were dirty even if they were empty. It took forever to get a drink. They had the door open even though it was 40 degrees our, so the place was freezing. This place is terrible.

Ask for the dealer's choice. It'll be worth your while.

Definitely has vibes of being a former life as a neighborhood bar in Scranton in the '80s. Our visit was perfect however -food and a drink before an art class across the street. Hummus was excellent. Quirky and enjoyable part of our adventure.

I lived across the street for 7 years, have been a die-hard Hobo fan since 2013. The shift since 2020 is so upsetting, I still come every time I’m in town, but it’s not even close to the same vibe. There used to be community here, amazing atmosphere, SO much great beer from a wide variety of breweries… now it’s stale, unoccupied, and only lord hobo beers (as much as I love hobo beers, you’ve gotta have options if you want to get people in here and keep new people coming in). Simple things, like taking down the big velvet curtain at the door and no longer having the walls full of art and merch, have destroyed the comfortable atmosphere. I like the food, but it feels like an identity crisis. I want the old hobo back and I have faith and will not stop patronizing but I do hope they put more time and attention and love into this location.

Not sure what happened to the place. Went in tonight and this location has removed burgers off the menu. Incredulous, a bar with no burgers. Their burgers were amazing, and now they replaced it with „chopped cheese“ roll, which was a subpar roll with a gallon of tots, assuming to make up for the $21 dollar price tag of it.

Scammy place. No prices posted on menu so they can hit you with a $27-per-beer-flight price after it’s too late to do anything about it. That plus a “mandatory 20%” tipping rule got us to a $62 excursion for 1 round of drinks. All that for mediocre beer, and to top it off half of the glasses were visibly dirty. Do not recommend.

Love the ambiance inside. Dimly lit/ just right amount of lighting, divey but also classy, cool art on the walls. Beer is good too! Service was slow at the

If you lived in a state that you were forced to have food for a liquor license. This is what they would serve so they never ordered again. The flatbread was absolute garbage. Good beer, great staff. Awful food.

Very friendly attentive staff but my core flight was $27.50 and the price isn't posted on the menu. I was expecting like 13 bucks! AC was also broken so my beer was warm immediately. Was really excited to try since moving to the area but disappointed!
