I admit it’s a little pricey but once I tasted the sour dough pita I forgot all about that. Seriously this was one of the most incredible pitas I’ve ever had - flavorful, incredibly soft and pillowy, so fresh. It makes you wonder if you’ve ever really had real pita before. I used to buy from them when they were only selling at farmers’ markets and was happy to discover they had recently opened a brick and mortar shop near Porter Square. Their homemade ajvar (roasted pepper & eggplant spread) is especially delicious and not very easy to find commercially in the Boston area, although I’m admittedly biased as ajvar is one of my favorite spreads.
