I wasn't around to see the original space, but I'm glad this legendary hub of Cambridge nightlife has returned. It gives a much-needed home to alternative and queer communities and for all to enjoy great music in an elegant and accessible environment. The quiet lounge to the side is brilliant.

I traveled a long distance to visit this bar during my trip to Boston, only to be turned away at the door due to an “all-black” dress code that was never mentioned online. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially after making the effort to get there. If you’re going to enforce a specific dress code, it should be clearly stated on your website or social media. Visitors deserve to know in advance so they can plan accordingly
