Fantastic place! The staff were super helpful, recommending exactly the things I wanted. Loved sampling two of the teas as well. And a huge plus: it smelled amazing inside.

Impressive local store with a large variety with knowledgeable and helpful folks! Love how you can see in the back also where they are packaging the imports!

Bought culinary matcha here - the best I've ever tasted. Incredibly fragrant and basically the same price as on Amazon ($20 for 4oz). Staff were very friendly and there was free tea tasting! No bells and whistles, just great tea!

My sister got me Mem Tea for Christmas last year and they are now exclusively who I buy from. Absolutely delicious, and I am happy she found them for me!

Nice store. The person who helped me was surprisingly helpful for being so unfriendly and condescending. I just wanted some tea that a colleague in Taiwan recommended, and I also asked about if they carried yaupon holly since it's an indigenous American tea that is starting to be appreciated in the tea world. Well, my experience at this store was a bit like going into a record store and asking about a type of music that the nerdy but not very worldly employee has an inexplicable personal grudge against. Anyway, the employee I got didn't seem to very knowledgeable about the various teas I did ask about, said a few unnecessarily condescending things about yaupon and was super unknowledgeable about the closely related yerba maté that they did have. She did recommend a tea (hojicha) that she claimed was like yaupon. Upon getting home, my very tea knowledgeable friend, to whom I recounted the trip, heard me mention the bit about hojicha, and explained, "Wow, that lady really does have a negative opinion of yaupon!" I had originally decided to drop into the store because it's nice to be able to have friendly staff who can help expand my knowledge. Well, I didn't get that, so I'll go back to ordering from the very friendly folks at a tea shop in Texas that I used to go to when I lived down there.
