The worst bubble tea place I’ve ever been to.
1. 2/3 of their menu was crossed out.
2. They don’t provide Hot option.
3. The drinks are pre-made, so you can’t choose the sugar level. You can only choose the ice level.
4. Because of all of the above, I ended up ordering a medium bubble milk tea. It taste like water.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.
It’s just all premade and tasteless drinks
Come here if you want a bad day
Even though the ordering kiosk has both boba tea and milk tea of the same flavors, I ordered a milk tea and there was still boba. I don't like boba which is why I ordered milk tea. Not all options are shown on both the physical menu and the ordering kiosk. Don't recommend adding pudding to your tea, there was so much and it's so thick that I felt like there was barely any tea and was hard to stir.
I ordered taro which is usually my favorite flavor. They must use taro paste or make their own, it wasn't purple and didn't taste like the taro milk tea I usually order elsewhere. I ended up throwing the drink out between everything, was not worth $9.
Unfortunately, my first visit to this place will also be my last. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service.
I asked some very normal, reasonable questions — for example, “Which taro drink do you recommend?” — and the response I received was, “You won’t like it. It’s fresh taro, not taro powder.” But I wasn’t asking whether I’d like it or not — I simply wanted to know which option is considered better. Instead of helpful information, I got a dismissive opinion.
I also asked if there were any other mango drinks besides the mango tea, and was told no — only to later find another mango drink on the menu myself. I asked for white boba to be added to my drink, but was given regular boba instead. I also requested 50% sugar, yet the drink was not sweet at all.
While waiting for my order, I saw another drink appear on the screen and asked a simple question: “What’s in that drink?” The response I got was: “You didn’t order that.” Excuse me — how is that a proper way to respond to a potential customer? Maybe I wanted to place another order.
The attitude of the staff was unwelcoming and dismissive. At other bubble tea spots — like the one in Back Bay, where lines often stretch 10–15 people deep — the service is much friendlier, more helpful, and more professional.
I sincerely hope management addresses this with the staff, because the service I experienced left a very negative impression.
extremely poor customer service. they didn’t even take more than 30 seconds to prepare my boba. i got taro and was the worst taro i have ever had. chunks of who know what. taro is my go to. don’t recommend anyone to come here. the girl could care less.
Actually vile, my Mango slush tasted like cigarettes. I took one sip and threw it out
They need to either hire new staff or train them well. Brown sugar milk tea that I got was bland, tasted like water. Terrible customer service, they have no clue about what went wrong when I asked why it tastes like that. Didn’t even offer to fix it. Terrible!
My friends and I ordered the orange tea and creme brulee milk tea on the online kiosk. The creme brulee tea was decent, but the orange was mislabeled. The kiosk showed that it was an orange tea with real oranges in it, but what I got was an orange slushy.
Friendly staff. I just hate that you can’t get any plain green, white, or herbal tea. It’s either SUPER black tea or jasmine green. Both make me react.

There was plastic embedded in the bubble topping (boba). Please be more careful when making drinks and toppings.
Drinks overall are ok. Definitely worthy of the 3 star ratings.
Come here if you want the worst bubble tea in your life. Poorly mixed, chunky, bitter, and stale boba. This is the worst bubble tea I've ever had or had the displeasure of tasting. If I could give it 0 stars I would
Very lacking in flavor. I basically got a cup of milk with boba in it :/
Actually a sad place, workers have headphones in, attitude and slow and rude in general, they look like they don’t want to be there, the bombastic side eyes went crazy for the two female workers who were there, please retrain and put more effort in customer service… pick one bad thing to your personality, but don’t be all three 🤞
The automated machine is working, and there is a Chinese option available. However the milktea itself is kinda lacking of taste. Try something in Allston, it could be much better.
