Amazing omakase. Loved the intimate setting with the chef. Had rare and delicious seafood like tairagai and ishidai. Nigiri was simple and highlights quality of fish

Chris is a talented chef and a kind host. He was attentive to our unique tastes and was informative on the decisions for each dish. His description of the dishes and how they paired with sake made the experience memorable. The ingredients felt fresh and special. Absolutely worth a special evening.

This was an amazing omakase experience for celebrating a birthday. From the moment we walked in chef Chris made us feel welcome and was enthusiastic about helping us experience what he is so passionate about! Every dish was well thought out, creative, and unique. There was not one bite that we didn’t enjoy and his recommendation for sake was spot on. It was one of our favorite omakase experiences in Boston and we can’t wait to go back!

This place is the real deal. I took my girlfriend for our 3 year anniversary and was blown away. Chef Chris gives you an in depth look at all the fish and sake he serves you. This was such a special omakase experience and I can't recommend it enough.

We got the uni tasting set and 2 donburi for takeout. The uni was very fresh, amongst our favourites, along with the otoro and sea bream. Tastefully packaged for takeout and we were quite stuffed for $$$. Very fresh fish. The chawanmushi was also amazing. So many fishes that we have never tasted before!! Extremely worth it for the price.

This is an incredible experience. Tasting menu with an array of different fish, and the chef makes many of the dishes right in front of you. We felt like we had the restaurant to ourselves. Definitely going to be our special occasion spot going forward. Probably the best omakase spot in Boston. The sake was really good too. We shared two different bottles and the chef was able to tell us about them. Can’t wait to go back.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Well, there's a reason the private dining pri fixe dining experiences are expensive and sought after. It's because they are amazing. Went with a group of friends as a special experience, booking was private group dining. Each sushi course we learned about historical Japanese food prep ingredients and methods used to produce it, and then were frankly amazed at the flavors and textures. Cozy ambiance tucked away on Cambridge st. All service as well as stories and introductions for each course from chef Chris, it was a one-man show, expertly produced and performed.

This place smells like mold, suggesting nothing but the opposite of freshness that you want to find at a sushi

Good selection of fish and superb service. Can go at your own pace. Chris puts all the fish slice in front of you so you can nib if he‘s at other tables instead of starving.

Chef Chris was a pleasure! We did his top omakase for my birthday and you definitely get your moneys worth, I have never been so full in my life! The dishes were super unique and paired with ingredients that you would never think to pair sushi with yet it works so well! He really is a 1 man show, our personel favorite style of restaurant where the owner is super involved. We will definitely be back!

One dollar sign restaurant. Laughable and so wrong. Can Google find a way to make sure that the pricing of the restaurant is correct and a way to fix it because this is getting ridiculous.

We went to Omakase on July 29 for the 6 pm seating. Chef Chris was fantastic at recommending a sake pairing, giving detailed tasting notes on each course, and answering our questions. An unforgettable dinner!
