Impressive crew, highly competent, engaging and efficient. They came to repair flashing that was leaking around our chimney. They found a more significant problem, extensive crumbling of motor joints. James kept us informed throughout the process both with text, photos and videos. They removed the unused chimney, prepped the area for roof repairs and removed the old bricks, and meticulously cleaned up everything. Highly recommended

I am in the process of purchasing a home. I was referred by a friend to contact Keystone masonry I called and asked them to go look at the foundation on the property. They went right out there and sent me pictures with a very fair estimate. I will definitely have them do this work for me. It’s comforting to know that I’m dealing with a company who has a very good reputation and the way I was treated to know they don’t even know me. I just called and they went right out that is a huge plus.

James and his team finished a full chimney rebuild this week. James is a fun positive man even when delivering bad news and the need to change plans. He responds quickly and stays in contact. I wish he had inspected the work when I purchased the house. The new chimney looks great, it rained yesterday and all is dry. They cleaned up well and were very kind to my Goldens. Tip from me have contractors inspect work before you pass papers.

I was having some real trouble with rodents entering through my field stone,foundation. I tried patching it off a couple of times myself on the inside, but they kept coming through. Finally, I called a couple of contractors to come and give me some ideas, James and the team from Keystone was very helpful. He came out and give me some advice of digging a couple of feet on the ground level and stopping on coming in from the outside very quick, clean, a professional team I would highly recommend . ?

Our chimney needed repointing, and we got quotes from a number of different contractors. We chose to go with Keystone because they had competitive rates and also were more honest about some of the aspects of the process than other contractors. James was very responsive to our questions throughout the process. We're pleased with the work and the team was also professional and easy to work with.
