They found a more significant problem, extensive crumbling of motor joints. James kept us informed throughout the process both with text, photos and videos. Quick response to my initial inquiry. Upon signed agreement work was completed as described. Needed follow up work. They came by and made the necessary repairs. Foundation is now completely water tight. Good price and workmanship.
