Ordered burgers for take out. Was told it comes with fries AND a side, but when we got our meals the fries were missing. Also, absolute worst onion rings I have ever had. There was literally a piece of paper with the microwave cooking times for meals and sides stuck to the fridge behind the counter. Would not recommend, at least for take out.

Nice burgers, friendly stuff
Bartley’s was recommended to us by a Harvard student during a college tour. We went there and it did not disappoint. We tried 4 different burgers / one of them with fried chicken cutlets instead. They were all delicious. The fries were nice and crunchy. I had a sweet green tea. It was very sweet for my taste, but very good still. Fun atmosphere and very well visited by celebrities and politicians. A must if you ever visit Harvard.

Decent burgers but expensive. The kids were happy with their burgers. My burger was somewhat overcooked but still flavorful, fries were average. Service was pretty good. Cool atmosphere but crowded on a Saturday evening. Short draft list. The milkshakes looked good. No restroom(!) which kept us from staying longer.
