There is a review about the food doesn't taste much I have to agree I come in with high expectations, ordered tonkatsu ramen and its taste plain n very oily? Ask if they have chili flakes for some flavor and got chili oil which doesnt do much except makijg it more oily. Egg is fine but doesnt seem to be marinated overall compared to a lot of ramen place I've been to this isn't that great :(

The food is awesome.
They couldn't provide me with the correct information regarding the difference between the regular and extra crispy fried chicken, so I ordered the wrong one. The one in my photos is the extra crispy one.

I've been meaning to try Muku for years, so we dropped in last week. We got the chicken karaage, tonkotsu shoyu ramen, and spicy miso ramen.

The chicken karaage (original, not extra crispy) had a weird starchy/floury coating on it. The chicken inside was pretty good, but it was difficult to ignore the unpleasant coating. We ended up taking the coating off. I wouldn't get this again.

The tonkotsu shoyu ramen had very little flavor...
