Service was not good. Server was nice and was trying hard but did not know the menu and was not able to answer questions. Our order was incorrect/incomplete. The spicy margarita was good though
We sat outside on the Ole patio - very nice! Would have preferred if they had planted some trees along the side that faces the parking lot, but apart from that the ambience is pleasant. The food was good and plentiful and the service a little too good, as the servers kept coming every ten minutes to see if everything was ok. Love the fresh guacamole!
This was our second dining experience at Ole. We had to wait quite a bit before we were able to place our order, and it also took some time for the drinks to arrive. The waiter kindly asked if we would like an appetizer before the main course, and we said, "Yes, please." However, all the dishes were brought out at the same time. The desserts were a bit disappointing. The parking area was very tight, though that's understandably beyond the restaurant's control.
I had dinner with friends in the patio and it was amazing. The food was great! I would love to have better tortillas for the tacos because they were kind of thin, but that's not important. We had a lot of fun, music was great, the service was absolutely kind and responsive... anyway. We will be back soon!
The food was nothing special. The server was even worse. She rushed us throughout our dinner and had the rudest disposition. This place needs a lower rating. It’s definitely not a 4.2
The server was extremely rude. She had no business serving people with that attitude. I don't know why this place is highly reviewed. The food was crap.
The portions are small and some of the staff is rude to customers. The food lacks flavor and it's not worth the money. There are other better places to buy Mexican food.
This place charges hidden junk fees. I went in to get a burrito and asked for jalapeños, plain iceberg lettuce, pickled onions, and salsa, basic toppings you’d reasonably expect to be included. They charged me an extra $2–$3 without listing those charges anywhere on the menu or notifying me in advance. When I asked about it, the employee told me, “you should have asked,” as if it’s my job to guess their hidden fees. That’s not just bad service, it’s illegal. Massachusetts law now prohibits these kinds of undisclosed add-on charges under the Attorney General’s junk fee regulations (940 CMR 38.00). Businesses are required to disclose all optional or mandatory fees clearly and up front, in writing. Since this place failed to do that, I’ll be filing a complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Just put your prices on the menu, this shouldn’t be hard.
Authentic Mexican cuisine in Cambridge MA. The food is amazing and there is a wonderful outdoor patio.
Excellent carbe asada and cheap beers

Food was okay, not amazing. Except the gauc was amazing. Waitress was not very friendly and tried to blame me for a mistake made. It wasn't my fault, but also not good customer service either way 🤷♀️ They charge you extra if you get more than two plates of chips, even though we paid for two whole orders of table side gauc for our large party. Would go back if a group wanted to go though I guess
The Tijuana salad is a bit underwhelming for how much it costs...
Good food at a reasonable price.
Authentic food and atmosphere. Loved the music, very nostalgic. ❤️
Great food and service Need to update the info about eating outside. Outdoor sitting start April 1st
