One Ramen And Sushi

Absolutely affordable sushi that’s also decent quality. Kinda hard to get to these prices and yet still taste so good. Ramen however, was a little weird. The tonkotsu tasted just salty and the ramen egg was sweet, which is odd. Noodles were a good Al dente though. Definitely come for sushi, maybe less so for ramen.

This is a second visit there, had miso soup and seaweed salad for starters, both delicious, shoyu ramen bowl with organic spinach noodles that was exquisite, shrimp tempura rolls, vegetarian lunch rolls, everything was excellent, highly recommend this place, not crowded, pleasant staff. Definitely will be back again

Our server was kind and funny, and also very attentive with filling up our waters and getting our food out even during a busy lunch rush. The food was good and I would definitely recommend the spicy salmon roll.

Man I hate leaving negative reviews but the ramen bowls we got here were somewhere between really bad pho and boiled onion water. Nicest people though.

Exceptionally kind service with fresh and flavorful dishes. I initially found the idea of a restaurant doing two types of dishes less exciting, but they deliver and more with affordability and taste.

The food is always consistently fresh and delicious. They have quite a few veggie sushi options, and they are all done very well. As a regular at One Ramen, I would recommend them as the go-to sushi and ramen option in the area.

Best sushi in Cambridge at the best price you will ever see. The ramen is also great. Great for lunch or dinner, and nice patio for warm days. Also very accommodating of dietary restrictions.

One thing you gotta know, though--they don't use MSG. so if you want that starburst explosion of flavor in your ramen, go someplace else. Their sushi is good, it's just not explosive. I really like their sushi.

We popped in here on a stroll around town and LOVED it. The service was great, very kind and fast. We got one special roll and ramen #1 and we will absolutely be back. So so good.

This is my favorite place for Ramen and Sushi! The food is great and the owner is super nice!

I love this place!! I rarely ever leave reviews, but this place is by far my favorite! I order my fav beef miso and double eel sushi 8pc lol.. The wonderful lady knows my order even when I call Lol..(Mark) I JUST ORDERED and I only wish they can stay open later til 12am... This place would still be packed... *******GREAT PLACE BY FAR********* 9thumbs up!!
