I bought fruit tea, but the actual thing has nothing to do with the picture! It tastes like supermarket orange juice mixed with water, with just a few blueberries, one orange and one lemon in it, barrier, barrier, barrier, barrier!

Second time I come here try to give a second chance and they have their doors open but is closed and ask you to step outside I work retail you can just lock your doors until is open awful management

MY MILK TEA CAME IN WITH Expired MILK !!!!!!!!!!!! I just ordered from this restaurant because I used to eat there all the time. Now everything changed my order came in with expired milk in my milk tea and the chicken frozen not even cooked. Worst experience ever. I am never ordering from here again

I pretty much only order regular milk tea with boba ever, so it was pretty unfortunate that while the tea was passable, the boba left a consistently bitter taste that made it difficult to even finish the entire drink.
The price was hard to swallow as well: upsizing and adding boba all added extra charges that made the drink much more expensive than other stores. Normally I wouldn’t care, but the boba was just so bad that I did care enough to type out this review.

Horrible! Brown sugar milk tea tastes like nothing. I ordered 70% sweetness and it was bland. I received basically a cup of milk. Worst part is, it was delivered, otherwise I would have asked for a redo. Not worth the $7 at all. I’ve had bubble tea in several businesses and multiple states, this is the worst and first time I’ve ever been completely dissatisfied.

Possibly the worst bubble tea I've ever had. The tapioca was extremely undercooked, basically the texture of gum. The taste of the brown sugar milk tea wasn't awful, just extremely mid, much more bitter than a *brown sugar* tea should probably be. Got a mouthful of brown sugar chunks despite shaking before drinking. The drinks are expensive too, even by good drink standards, with a large milk tea and pearls added costing about $8. Would recommend going to any other boba shop in the Greater Boston area.
