The girl staff kicked my friends and I out by telling us they were closing 10:30pm. But store hours says otherwise, 2am. As we were leaving we saw more customer entering to order, however they did not get turned away. Something doesn’t add up …and drinks were mediocre. Do better !

I’ve never left a review before so this is a first. But the food drinks were consistently so bad that I must write a review for this place. I always ordered from this place during late nights since it opens late. But for all the drinks that I ordered, they were either no sweet enough (tasted like there’s no sugar in it) or extremely sweet. I’ve always ordered my drink regular 100% sugar sweet and 100% ice but the drinks sweetness that I got were never right. Sometimes the drinks arrived without ice in them. If it’s a one time thing that my food are bad it’s fine but this kept happening consistently with all of my orders.
I chose this only OneZo that still opened at 10:30PM for a reason. They opened late until 2AM, and I've been to other OneZo in Boston which had good service and tea.We order brown sugar latte, strawberry green tea, and charcoal latte to try out.The green tea and charcoal latte were supposed to be cold but we order the brown sugar latte WARM and only little bit sweeter. The batista gave us a cold one with ice so we gave it back. He took it and tore out the top sealed then scooped all the ice out. Worst than that, he poured more brown sugar syrup and milk straight in the cup which was already sweet. And of course, microwave latte that contained milk and syrup was not a great idea. Although we saw how it was done, we didn't want to ruin the night by being complicated. However, we completely wanted to throw away the cup after 1 sip because it was SUPER SWEET that anyone can swallow.Moreover, I would like to recommend to cook the boba a little longer and mix with brown sugar because they're were hard to chew, weren't cook through, and taste really bland compare to other Boba shops.I dont know if they didn't followed the recipe or just rushing to make the drinks. I understand that it was a late night but nonetheless, a good business should not be about rushing and microwave latte to make it hot. I used to work at a bubble tea Cafe and understood clearly how it work.

This place is my comfort food place. I love their mango grapefruit drink with the jelly... It's my to-go order whenever I have a long day or needs something to cheer me up. Highly recommend the shop for their friendly service, great drinks, and cute decor.

Late night boba fix with mediocre chain quality drinks.As one of the only boba stores in the city that’s open around midnight, One Zo offers convenience but, unfortunately, not the highest quality. I recently tried their Brown Sugar Milk Tea and Mango Cheese Slush, and there was a discernible difference in the quality as compared to their Chinatown location. The drinks were bland and lacked the richness, and we ended up throwing away half of it.For those craving a late-night boba fix, it's an option. But if you're looking for top-tier bubble tea, it might be best to go elsewhere.

The environment is very beautiful. There are a lot of green plants as soon as you enter the door, and a large Lego Porsche 911 model. There is also a row of bookshelves inside, where you can drink milk tea and read at the same time. The bosses are very enthusiastic and I dare say their drinks are delicious. It’s the best quality here in Cambridge! The customer base is crazy! But the speed at which meals are served is amazing! Highly recommend everyone to come!
