Dropped by after visiting the campus.
Glad I did.
The kind lady behind the counter suggested the butternut squash, ricotta, cranberry pizza. I was like really? She said, “I know but trust me”. OMG! Without a doubt the BEST pizza I have ever had ever in my whole life!
Thank you OTTO for that and for making a great experience even better. You guys are amazing!

I use their online catering app and ordered a big salad and five pizzas for local presentation that I was doing. I scheduled it to be picked up the following day at 11:15. And when my associate showed up, they didn’t even have the order until they checked. I even called at 9 o’clock and left a message confirming the order and the pick up time at 11:15. I understand stuff happens, but they put me in a bad situation with people waiting for their lunch. Not very happy with them.
Terrible service
The store workers believe that the food that the customer orders online or with a delivery depends on the application that asks for it. The workers dispatch you super late because you are not in line, you are only one free and they want you to wait half an hour or an hour to deliver the food

I pulled the star on atmosphere only because they just don't have very much seating. I wish that they would move to a bigger space in Harvard Square. Or they could move into my house. That would be good.
Decent pizza place, though my pepperoni pizza slice was a bit greasy.
I used to really like Otto, but something must have happened to them. I got two small cheese pizzas for delivery and the taste was all over the place. Plain unsalted crushed tomatoes in one place, a pile of oregano in another place, and the underside had a weird mildewy odor to it. Not fermented, mildewy. Either the cardboard the pizza is on is funky or the oven floor has something weird on it. Well, that’s it for me.
Absolutely Terrible!
The pizza arrived barely luke warm. It was oversalted, dry and incredibly thin. The taste was missing altogether. Bland and stale. Never again, Otto!

Zero atmosphere. Although you can eat at the small window bar or outside in good weather, this is mostly a takeout place. Imaginative pizzas with good dough and properly cooked.
The pepperoni pizza was extremely greasy. I would not recommend it.

It's quicker to catch a plane and go to Italy to buy a pizza than to have it ready in this place, what a mess, lazy employees

Great pizza with very nice people working there. The pizza is a typical American style, but tastes better. It is quite oily and has a lot of ingredients on it. But probably that is what it makes it really good. Additionally, the flavors are unoriginal, which makes them unique.

Pizza was so soggy and dripping with grease. Horrible under carriage. Probably great if you don't have teeth it's a shame the sauce is good. Portnoy would be pissed. Go to joes pizza it's 1 min away and pizza is good. The bigger ottos gets the worse the quality is.
