Well the food was good as usual but the dining experience was boast-worthy. Just got my food but they wanted to close 10 mins before the standard time so asked everybody to leave. Had to consume my hot dinner in the cold Boston night.

This place was opened 30 minutes and still did not have the coffee station setup. When I asked for hot water, the lady with green hair, said we are short staffed. She could of assisted with providing hot water. Instead decided to be rude about it.

Took one star off. My favorite Panera. Too bad the short white guy. What a racist! White female said hello, he said hello back. She said thank you at the end of the service, he said you’re welcome.
However, I said hi, he didn’t respond. I said thank you at the end of the service, he didn’t respond either. And he continued to treat non white ethnicities with a disgusted face. Next time, I won’t say Hi, neither Thank you. Life is too short to hate others for no reason. We are just customers. We are not coming to take over your living room space. What a miserable individual!

I've reconsidered my opinion of this store. It definitely doesn't represent Panera's quality. After waiting 15 minutes for the attendant, there was no one in front of me. The service was terrible, with no control over online orders. When I placed my order, they ran out of soda and didn't offer me any other options. The process was horrible and confusing. I highly respect the service at Panera Bread stores, but this store is far below Panera Bread.

The iced coffee here tastes weird and it likes a over night leftover coffee, and the store is not clean either, there is a staff member, who does nothing but walking around the restaurant and watching what customers are doing. Why not just help other busy people or clean the floor a little bit. Can not believe she can still work for Panera, perhaps she is the manager to give instructions instead of leading as a role model. Panera should let her go otherwise this restaurant will lose customers and damage Panera brand
