Where else can I go to get the quality and abundance of amazing cronuts or delicious creamy cakes in Boston? Sadly, there are so few proper bakeries in this city and this location is a godsend.

Most of the bakeries are very delicious here. You might want to eat them right after you bought them. I had a bread with red bean paste filling and left it in fridge for overnight. I ate it second morning and a few hours later I started throwing up and had really bad headaches. I didn’t eat anything else unless the bread. So I have the reason to believe that was because of it.

Order 2 cakes and a hot chocolate gave us a wrong cake and gave a worst hot chocolate I ever had felt I could have made it better than what they gave and worst customer service the staff was not at all polite had attitude towards every customer it was a worst experience.

Utterly disappointed: I've ordered Paris baguette cakes for the past 3 years for every family members birthday and been a loyal customer. This time, I bought their double chocolate salted caramel cake for a birthday party, and it was an utter disaster. So salty that it was inedible. Called them up to ask for a refund, they were extremely unhelpful and said they sold the cake to many others who had no complaints- this is a lie since we read reviews of others (unrelated to us, and have also left poor reviews for the same cake). Clearly there was a quality check failure and it's disappointing that they did nothing to fix it. Will not be going back again.

I am writing as a very disappointed costumer. My friend got a very expensive cake for my son’s 13th birthday and it was supposed to be a special celebration. However, the cake was very salty and just wrong (salted caramel cake is supposed to be salted mildly in caramel but the whole chocolate cake was salted) and no one in the party could eat it. When we called the store, the attitude was unbelievable and we were asked to send pictures and bring actual cake for any sort of resolution. I have never had a worse cake plus a celebration was ruined.

We surprised my mom with a “double chocolate salted Carmel cake” it was the saltiest cake ever. Nobody could eat it. I heard my cousin paid $63 for this cake and wouldn’t get a refund from the manager. Disgusting.

I went to a party today where they had the thanksgiving cake from this Paris baguette. This is the worst cake I have ever tasted. It’s was so salty. Like someone poured half the box of salt in this cake. I heard this cake cost them $63 inc tax and management refused to refund them. Disgusting.

I am left with a bitter taste in my mouth with the quality/taste of this cake and the response from management. I’ve never thought I’d leave a negative review for this bakery. My husband got the “ double chocolate salted caramel layer cake” and one would assume the salt is on the caramel BUT no the salt is in the whole cake!!! This is the saltiest cake I’ve ever tasted! The WHOLE cake is salty. & I eat a lot of salt with my food in general so this was too much.
I called management and they decided to argue instead of empathize. Then they offered to call corporate and call me back. Great, so they called me back to tell me there’s nothing they can do and corporate said the cake is supposed to be salty and they sold 11 cakes and no one complained. Wow. $63 for a salty cake that not one person in my party can tolerate.

My coworker buys from this place all the time, I ask the guy for a single plate so that I can share food with coworker, he says only for catering and stands there like a robot. With people like that working how can a business succeed.

You have stellar cakes and pastries. Your Coffee Croissant Donut is perfection. You need to discuss with your staff how to properly expedite and present your well crafted culinary masterpieces. The box is ideal not allowing for any damage to the Coffee Croissant Donut. Your staff keeps sending it to me in a bag though. Guess where all the icing is? Not on the donut. This is costing you money. Everytime I receive a damaged product I report it to the delivery service with pictures and receive a full refund. Wow I didn't think your service could get worse but this time they boxed the croissant coffee donuts upside down. I have pics. I replied on your website you never answered and obviously haven't addressed the issue.
