Poke is my favorite food, so I'll love this place no matter what. The positives are that the food is pretty good—especially for the location, portions are generous, and they're starting to get more delicious drink options. I always get large salmon poke bowls because I think that's the best bang for your buck, but they've never disappointed me. However, there are so many improvements that could be made here. For one, right when you walk in the ambiance is off because the floors are always pretty disgusting and should be cleaned more. The staff is always pretty disrespectful and they seem annoyed if you try to order with them, instead pointing at the iPad that they have you order on. The drink machine is often broken, as well, so you often can't get the drink that you ordered on the iPad. I'm also not sure how clean the rest of the restaurant procedures are, because my friend got pretty terrible food poisoning after coming here. This place has potential and they make really great meals, but I just hope that they continue to make improvements on service, cleanliness, and general ambiance at this location. They already have my hope and I see the potential, with a few improvements this place will be wonderful!

Decently priced poke, generous servings. Great on a student budget. Quite heavy on the rice, so if you're not starving, you could get two meals out of one order. Fish and other toppings are fresh. They have a cute selection of Asian drinks (Calpico, Ito-en, etc).
It's a tiny place with only a few seats so definitely better for takeout (which is why my photo is outside, they don't have outdoor seating!)

I like the poke, but the service is extremely inconsistent and most of the time i feel like i have to apologize for taking up the workers time lol. Feels like one of those "not paid enough" situations, but there's at least one employee i've learned to spot across the street through the glass to decide if i'm going in today or not.When it's the nice employees, portions are good and i don't feel like oliver twist when i ask for more scoops of the same topping while keeping it under the alotted amount of total toppings....Dont like leaving negative reviews but its such a consistent thing dragging down a spot with potential that i live next to.
Overall, this is a decent spot. The person working was very nice and answered my questions. There is a great selection and not terrible prices. However, this isn’t the best poke I’ve had so I can’t give it 5 stars. This is mainly due to the rice amount. I felt that the ratio of rice to toppings and protein was imbalanced.

This is my second time eating here and my last. While ordering I forgot to mention not to put the ginger sauce. I understand the cost of food and waste and I don’t know the process if a customer makes a mistake. I was told she can not make me a new bowl then she proceeded to removed the items that had sauce on them over the trash barrel located in the side of the counter. I was so disgusted and disappointed. She said she would replenish what was thrown away but then told me it would be extra.I felt uncomfortable eating because it was such an unsanitary situation. Both the ladies were unfriendly, the one that wasn’t handling my food was more rude. I truly just wanted to leave but I payed for the food and left.
