Delicious food! As vegetarians, we were delighted to find many dishes to choose from! We had the spicy eggplant, mapo tofu, Chinese broccoli with lots of garlic and the family style tofu with succulent chunks of tofu that I learned from another reviewer are made in house! The servings are large and we had plenty to take home for dinner the following day! The owners are very sweet and friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them. This is definitely a hidden gem. We parked right near the restaurant on Mass Ave or you could take transit.

Great hole in the wall spot with fresh ingredients and handmade dumplings. We enjoyed our time there and had a lovely chat with the owner. We were overwhelmed with their large menu and he asked us what we were in the mood for/what we like and decided on two dishes for us (cauliflower with beef and twice cooked pork belly with veggies!). Highly recommend!!

The pork with pickled Chinese vegetables is incredible. Dumplings were likewise great. Cucumber salad also gets my highest recommendation Owner delivered the food himself and was very friendly. He told us that it's a family restaurant, they hand make everything in their kitchen, and they've been running for 18 years, the food definitely showed it! I'm very I'm looking forward to trying more of their menu!!!

Amazing, authentic food. They have over 300 items on their menu! The owner, Wen Ji has been in the restaurant business for decades. They’ve catered for big names like Harvard and Pfizer, from small parties to 500+ people events.
Frozen dumplings can be bought from them 50 for $35 currently.
We sat down for dinner around 8:30pm on a Wednesday night. There were no other customers but us, sadly. The owner Wen Ji came out to greet us after we put in our order. He’s very friendly and chatty.
Personally, I’ve been looking for the perfect leek pie sporadically throughout my decade in Boston. No place makes it like this: perfect.
The leek pie is nicely pan-fried on the outside too a perfect crisp and succulent on the inside with a JUST thin enough of crust you’re not having more crust than filling.
The dumplings are A+ handmade. I make my own dumplings and wouldn’t give them up for typical store-bought brands that are bland without soy sauce. Theirs are great, definitely homemade perfection.
This place should have more foot traffic given the quality of the food! It might be due to lack of parking due to changes happening on Mass Ave.

This place is fantastic. The people are very sweet, and the food is delicious. One favorite is the fried tofu and pork, which is what dreams are made of!
The dumplings are a must, and I've never gone wrong with their house specialties.
Take out and delivery is good, but the food is really best when eaten in the restaurant. Bonus points if you get to talk to the chef, he is super sweet, and will recommend all sorts of dishes to try that are so good!
Delicious food and lovely hosts/owners.
I've had very delicious meals here, very authentic, tastes home cooked, and completely legit. They are extremely welcoming.
If looking for trashy Chinese food, here’s the place for you. Chef is really nice and if you’re open to trying new dishes, he’ll have some to recommend! Convenient for us if looking for a quick dinner.
Just okay. General tsos didn’t come with rice which feels like a miss.

Horrible I am a pregnant woman who was craving Chinese wings and crabragoons with some pork fried rice and this is what I got. If they didn’t have wings the should of just said no wings period I am so upset and it’s the second time this happens never going back there
Mmmm!!! Really good 😄
Fabulous place if you like to have delicious Chinese food. Their menu is large, but if you let the owner help you choose, he will make dishes off of the menu for you or alter a dish to your liking. Worth the trip if you are in town.
Use to love this place - but last couple time not so good. The appetizers - dumplings, ... - all remain good, but the main courses, eggplant, low mein, chicken are at best mediocre. Not sure what happened over the last year or 2. Disappointing.

Stopped in after a rough day and some excellent Chinese comfort food paired with friendly service really hit the spot. Dumplings were particularly good (some of the best northern style I’ve found in greater Boston), red braised pork was rich and flavorful, and the house-made cured pork belly (la rou) stir fried with fresh vegetables was cooked to perfection. I’d recommend asking if they have any specials/ off-menu items, as the la rou wasn’t on the menu but proved to be a particular highlight.
