The food was good and the atmosphere was also good. The worst part is when we wanted to change the table even before the order arrived the lady didn't agree and mentioned it's for the group and didn't even allow it .This made the dining experience very badHope they understand this and improve customer service.

Rangzen was one of my favorite restaurants in the Cambridge area. I’m visiting and just found out they closed! Their spinach tea/soup and daikon pork stir fry will forever be in my heart ❤️

one of my favorite restaurants. their temma soup is the standard against which i measure all other lentil soups and daal.
This restaurant food is outstanding, I have not been much satisfied with restaurant meals until having their dishes. Ingredients used for meat veggie rice and spices are all good quality and perfectly flavored. It is the real chef making dishes.

We walked in a couple of weekends ago and was so glad we did. Had some amazing tingmo and daal (lentil soup) and a summer fruit salad that I’m still thinking about. Homey atmosphere, warm service and absolutely delicious food.

So, we decided to visit this place while we were in Cambridge. The first time we went, it was closed, but we gave it another shot, and luckily, it was open. The food was not great, considering the prices. Food was decent but didn't live up to the high price tags. Everything seemed to be expensive, especially the momos. I was shocked when I saw they were priced at $19.95, and even the other momo options were above $15 for just a 8 pieces. The sauces served with the momos and rice were quite bland. The place was extremely cramped, too tight! Server was friendly and helpful, which was a positive aspect of the dining experience. Other than that, it was a letdown, and I'll not be returning anytime soon.

We came in on a busy Saturday night and were served right away and wow… the food was incredibly delicious. The momo and chicken chow both had unique flavors and were very filling! This place deserves to be recognized for its exceptional dishes. Definitely worth walking an extra few steps off the main path.
I love their chura katsa (spicy green beans with tofu and rice), that's my go to. I have also tried their stuffed flatbread which are pretty much like paratha but bland and not seasoned well.

A bit off the main avenue in central square, I was very pleasantly surprised with this place. I went in on a whim and the food was absolutely fantastic and for central, affordable as well.We had some of their pan fried and steamed Momo's, both were fantastic as well as the eggplant and beef, which was so good. We also had an appetizer with steamed bread which was also quite tasty. One of the better reasturants I've been to in central and I will be coming back again

We came here for early Friday evening dinner and were lucky to get a seat and they all quickly filled in within 10 minutes of us being seated ?.Mango salad was amazing however other items (tofu rice noodles soup and chicken momo) lacked taste .Interiors were dark for our liking.

This was one of the best meals I’ve had in Boston! We tried Tibetan food for the first time and loved it. We ordered steamed buns with chickpea curry, lamb momos (half fried, half steamed) and beef w/ eggplant. Everything was delicious! I especially loved the steamed momos and the curry - the sauces that came w the curry were fantastic.I can’t wait to come back and bring friends so we can try more dishes.
Th restaurant is great and just a short walk from the Central Square T stop. It did not take long for us to place our order. The restaurant vibes are nice with a lot of mostly 2 to 4 person tables. We ordered more food than we needed for 4 people. The beef Shypta, stir fried egg noodles, eggplant potato, and of course the momo dumplings were great hits given their flavor and texture. The salads are very sweet. I would come back here with others who haven’t been.
A hidden gem in Central Square. We had chicken and lamb momos, and I still think about the lentil soup that came with them. It was hearty, nourishing and so tasty. We ordered several dishes across different menu sections and all of them were really good (we had a fried noodle dish, an eggplant dish, and a shrimp dish). The atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
Service is unmemorable but the food was decent. Get: momos Skip: Lo mein lunch special, Potato Chickpeas Curry (Shogo Temma)We had the fried vegetable momos, which were really good. Highly recommend! The chicken momos in my lunch special were steamed/boiled and far more bland and dry. The lo mein was very salty and although I finished it, made me very thirsty.Conversely, the curry was very bland and seemed like it had no salt whatsoever, much less other spices. If the salt was evenly split between the lo mein and the curry, it would probably have been ideal.

We ordered the tsel (vegetable) momos to share. We also got lentil dip, plain rolls, and soup. I picked the shogo temma (potato chickpea curry), which came with a scoop of white rice. The ingredients felt pretty basic, including the leafy greens that were incorporated in the vegetarian curry. Overall, the dishes were all pretty good.
Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options, but hard to share family-style with dietary restrictions
