The products are ok. Just it took me 30 min to get a sandwich. Some employees have more satisfaction being on their phone.
The coffee I had was fine, the music is great, but every time the door opens this contraption over the door shuts on and aggressively blows air and buzzes loudly. Y'all gotta fix that, it's awful.

One of the best cafes in the Kendall Square area. The banana cream cold foam ice matcha was one of the best barista drinks I’ve ever had in my life and they also have a lot of food options including a lot of healthy stuff like salads, real fruit smoothies or rice bowls. The staff is always really accommodating and helpful even in the most busiest times of the day which is something I personally considered very admirable having worked in the service industry.

Ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup. Took forever. The person making my sandwich had no idea what they were doing and someone else kept having to come over to fix it. Once the cook put my order up it took the staff another couple minutes for someone to realize it was ready and bring it over to the counter. They made my order to-go when I ordered it dine-in. The food was gross. 2 slices of unmelted cheese, a big piece of tomato, and a ton of Dijon mustard. It was also cold. Tomato soup tasted like a can of chunky marinara sauce. I ordered a 20oz latte and my friend ordered a 16oz latte, but they gave us both a 16oz latte. Decor is bland, atmosphere is complete soulless.

This is my favourite spot in Cambridge. I have tried multiple food and drink options and they are all great. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is great for both working and socialising. Great spot for tourists too as the cafe directly connects to MIT press and the museum. Plus the playlist is🔥🔥🔥

Had an unfortunate lunch experience here; the food quality was unacceptable. Ordered the “tomato bisque soup and grilled cheese” for $16 and was really shocked at the result. Plain white bread with an American single hardened and torched (not melted) and very underripe flavorless tomato slices. Cheap toddler-style grilled cheese except not at all how your mother made it. Had a couple bites and it tasted worse than it looked. The way the cheese was burned and hardened was disturbing to say the least. The soup tasted like pizza/pasta sauce from a can with a sprinkle of oregano on top. Good news is the staff took my complaint and gave me a refund. They let me know the ingredients are “US Foods.” I hope that this review is seen by higher up management; they should really do better to procure higher quality ingredients and rethink their recipes and preparation. Thanks to the staff that helped me with the refund (only reason I’m giving two stars), but I won’t be coming back.

I always have the best experience when I go there. The staff is amazing! Friendly and attentive. The food and drinks are always delicious. The London Fog latte, the Haitian limeade, the Haitian inspired bowls. I cannot say enough, I frequently go there and am never disappointed.

Nice atmosphere but the drinks and food were disappointing. The matcha was too sweet (I didn't ask for sugar) and the pistachio they add is just a syrup, which has a poor, synthetic flavor...

I went to Ripple Cafe after visiting MIT museum (actually it is located inside Museum). I was not disappointed to order their special tuna sandwich. The bread is crispy and tuna is perfectly dressed. I would order the same if I visit again.

The breakfast burger was not hot and the service was frustratingly slow. There were many people waiting in line and for their orders.
