Both Anne and Meyka were helpful and quick! They were both very welcoming and helped me navigate the menu as this was my first time here!!

The service took an unusually long time and was extremely unprofessional. Many menu items were unavailable, and we waited around 30 minutes just to get a coffee. I don’t know if this was specific to the day we visited, but it was honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Orders were all confused and handled poorly.

Ridiculously over-spiced beef patty, heated to a burned crisp, long long wait, lights out in the kitchen, what's going on here? Not likely going back.

Tasty vegetarian rice bowl with fresh vegetables! And the perfect hot chai with lavender. The location is convenient by Kendall station. Pricing was reasonable, total for two items was $26. I hope they add more vegan and vegetarian options!

Took forever to make a simple latte coffee. Coffee was average at best. Would avoid

Really solid food and coffee, solid service, free WiFi, nice relaxing music and a cozy vibe, plenty of seating. Wished there was a little more lighting inside and wish they served their food and drinks in/on plates and mugs rather than all to-go but those are both such minor things - great spot highly recommend! Get the Kreyol Chicken Pesto Sandwich and Pistachio and Vanilla Latte! 🙂

I almost walked past Ripple Cafe because it was right at closing time—the lights were dimming, chairs were being tucked away—but I’m so glad I didn’t. Even though the team was clearly wrapping up for the night, they welcomed me in with genuine warmth and happily made me a fresh cup of coffee. On a really cold night, that kindness alone felt like a gift. I decided to try the pistachio vanilla latte—something I was curious about but didn’t expect much from. To my surprise, it was excellent. You could actually taste the pistachio, which is rare in hot lattes (it usually disappears unless it’s iced). This one didn’t. It was comforting, aromatic, and exactly what I needed as the cold lingered outside ☕❄️

Yes, the sugar was a bit on the higher side, but honestly, that’s an easy tweak for next time—and not a complaint at all. What really stood out was the experience: the cozy, warm ambiance that wrapped around you the moment you stepped in, and the friendly smiles from the front team who, despite a long and chilly day, still served coffee with care and kindness. There’s something special about holding a hot latte in your hands on a freezing night, knowing it was made with patience and goodwill. Big shout-out to the entire team—this stop turned an ordinary evening into a memorable one. I’m definitely glad I stopped by and will be back again 😊

A nice coffee shop conveniently located next to the Kendall Square subway T stop. There's a decent amount of seating, including apparently some seating available for customers in the office lobby next door. For some reason, it can be hard to hear the servers announce completed orders.

Great service, inviting and warm atmosphere, clean, great playlist selection, and I love the drinks! I had a white hot chocolate and it was so nostalgic. I also ordered the Kreyol pesto sandwich and it was filled with very flavorful and juicy chicken. It was so big I had to take the other half of the sandwich home. Super delicious and good price.

I would say they have some amazing sandwiches. I went a few times and always said I wanted to try the rice bowl. Yesterday I finally did and let’s just say I should have stuck to the sandwiches. I purchase the jerk turkey tip rice bowl. The rice is delicious but these so called turkey tips are awful. They are dry as ever and inedible. I had to threw them away sadly a big waste of money. They are advertised as turkey tips which is typically juicy due to the fat but these are not turkey tips more like dried turkey breast. Sadly I probably won’t be back

Off the Kendall stop. Meyka, Meeca, Isabella, and Tasha are exceptional baristas that made me feel right at home. Good conversation, the espresso is good, and very cozy vibes. Will definitely visit again. Thank you!

Lovely place, great atmosphere, great coffee, great people. Good lunch options too. Love hanging out here and having my coffee before work.

There are two types of cafes, those that give you a mug and ones that don’t. This is one of the good ones!
