They gave us free food!!!!! I was so surprised when the chef came out to apologize for the long wait times and they came out to tell us the food is on the house!! The food was tasty, but he recognized how long it took and made things right. We got another round of drinks because of it. Its the little things that make people happy!

Robert took great care of us - checking on us often and quickly bringing refills and extra ketchup - and his confidence and knowledge of the menu really improved our meal. We almost didn't order the Figettaboutit coctail, concerned it would be too sweet. He talked us into ordering it (which we did - to be polite, more than because we trusted him),... and it was delicious. Not at all too sweet. We almost ordered the plain side of squash, and he pointed out the appetizer squash...
