Ok. A bit slow sometimes. Edit: very slow. Edit 2: very very show. Waiting 15 mins for takeout. Turns out they failed to take down the order (ordered in person at the register).

The student fries had a metal shard about 3/8 inches long inside of them, invisible from the outside. I bit down hard on it and almost swallowed it - going by hardness it was stainless steel. My last review was removed so I am reposting this. This originally happened January 20th when I got dinner.

Service was so rude, they had no idea what they were doing. I asked for the new Dubai chocolate froyo, paid for it, and they refused to give it to me, they ended up giving me a plain froyo. I always come here, but this was so disappog, I’m disgusted by how I was treated.

I guess during weekdays food will be fresher. I visited on the weekend. The meat was extremely dried. You can see the edges were so dried it became like jerky. Salad was fresh

The food was lukewarm, and the salad portion was tiny. One of the cucumbers had a thin hair on it. I appreciated the healthy brown rice option, but the grilled chicken skewer wasn't fresh and i could tell it had been reheated. Value is also not very good as the chicken portion was relatively small. Staff was attentive and very pleasant though.

It is a Saturday lunch. First I thought this is a sit down restaurant but actually is a fast food place. It doesn't matter as long as if the food is good. We order a Greek Feast, it supposed to have grilled lamb, the cashier said they have no more 😑 and give us more chicken, the whole plate tasted so so... We also ordered a Grilled Chicken meal, when I first check this restaurant from Google Map the pictures show it is a whole chicken meal, but the plate we received is some dry and over cooked grilled chicken strip 😖. The only thing we try and is good is the side Salads come with the meal.
The food here is alright and it's nice to have Greek food in this area. When I went, the service was very slow even though it wasn't very crowded.
Parking: There's some street parking on Albany St. or Mass Ave. Not a ton though.

Ordered a crispy chicken pita and got barely any avocado (check picture). Told the service about it, and she said that’s how much they put. Rather than provide some on the side, or to acknowledge that it wasn’t enough. She blamed us for probably eating it or not knowing what to expect. Very rude service compared to the usual nice people working here.

Bad service attitude. When I ordered Pita and asked the server for students’ fries, she rejected because “you did not put it down properly in the note”, and complain to me “that’s why we are losing money.”
I understand there are formalities, but I ordered three Pita, and I am a MIT student; I don’t understand why I cannot get that offer and was treated this way. Adding a note to the ordering system should not be hard from YOUR side. Does your food offer depend on the server’s mood? The only reason you are possibly losing money is because you do not care about the customers.
