Waited over an hour for 1 food item, service is pretty bad here unfortunately

We stopped by to grab an ice cream in a cup around 7:40 PM. The place was pretty quiet. Only one person order from the kiosk. There was about 5 takeout orders. It doesn't take 15 min to make an ice cream from a machine. There were 3 cooks in the kitchen.
The ice cream was really good, but 15 minutes to make an ice cream?

Recommend the chopped Greek salad and the Pita and spreads
Good quality and service, delicious. 2 pitas + 1 plain fries + 1 smashes potatoes+ 2 diet cokes $47 total and portions were generous. Service was super fast. Maybe too cold inside.

Food was delicious and fast. We had 2 types of gyros and fries with the cheese on it. All was very good.

Nice place to sit inside and good food but a little overpriced

We recently visited this restaurant and, unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations.
Food: The plates were small, overpriced, and felt like they were padded out with endless pita bread. The ingredients didn’t seem fresh, and most of us left feeling like we hadn’t eaten something healthy. To make matters worse, my girlfriend woke up with a bad stomach ache afterward.
Service: The staff were friendly and the food arrived quickly, which was appreciated. However, you order from a kiosk.
Atmosphere: The setting is pleasant with a good location and outdoor seating, making it a nice place to sit — though sadly the food didn’t match the vibe.
Overall, it’s a spot with potential, but the quality and value of the food need serious improvement before I’d return.

The food's great and fresh, the seasonal salads delightful. The frozen yogurt machine broke making my froyo so I got a half portion complimentary.

Naw--formerly free sides like baba and pita now cost? Boo! Buck sixty over the base price of a salad or plate. Get outta here!

Had the most fabulous Village Salad. I added chicken and a pita, which made it even better. Recommended!

We are big Greek food lovers and I was so excited to come across this place and familiar menu items. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere with great decor. Loved the ease of ordering and the quick food delivery. The food was delicious and when we had a small issue with one of the orders, the staff handled it with professionalism and offered us a replacement. Absolutely recommend for a quick and delicious meal in Harvard square area. We'd would come back next time we visit. (Oh, and free iced water on a hot day was very much appreciated.)
