Great food - I think we visited here about 4 times on our first trip to the USA. Staff are friendly and hardworking. Food is served quickly and with great care. The upstairs area has good seating and window views. Ordered for delivery one night and the food was just as tasty as it was sitting in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend!

French onion soup burger was solid. Fries are above averagd. Frozen custard was a nice finisher.

Don't give sauce options if you're not going to give sauces! One of the main problems with shake shack and other chains in Harvard Square is the complete lack of consistency in fulfilling orders.

It's the worst restaurant I've ever eaten at. The servers are rude. It takes over an hour to get my order ready. I only ordered a burger and fries. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I was served a coke flat, asked for a refresher one that never was never served because the machine was down, the lady maybe manager, went to “fix it” I took her a while then came back asking what I need? She answered herself mentioning the coke and went back to “fix the issue” when she came back she apologized saying there was no more coke, asked me if I wanted another beverage and told her “no” and then she offered a refund and I said yes because I had enough, then she asked me again if I was sure that I didn’t want anything else? Then I asked if I could have a milkshake and told me no because that was more expensive, I said that was good then, and asked me again “what milkshake did I want? And I said that I was ok just with the refund, then when I was out of sight I was getting water and I heard the lady explaining the situation to the coworkers and laugh about it. Love shake shack but I’m not planning to go through that again. Staff should be trained to not talk about the customers mostly when they are the ones doing it wrong.

Alright, the food is pretty standard for shake shack but honestly crazy expensive the service is alright to but they aren’t especially friendly and occasionally get your order wrong, the atmosphere is nice and looks out on a courtyard in harvard square but the tables are usually dirty because previous customers don’t clean them

Fries are boring, overpriced, small portion, taste like they're reconstituted (I don't know if they are). I expected more for $4.49. McDonald's is definitely better.

They should add more tables for more people to sit, and the fries were pretty good. The lemonade felt deluded by water, and the nuggets were really good and crunchy.

Talking about a place to chill on a warm day....the 2nd floor was wonderful, comfortable and clean.

Ordered banana pudding shake at kiosk.
