as an asian the food here is just not authentic, don't hold too much expectation. we offered the waiter some tip, yet she was kind of rude and didn't accept it at all. not a very pleasant experience

Soup Shack is always a good idea. The server is so friendly and welcoming every time I go. The music is fun and keeps the energy up—maybe a little loud if you're not into beats. The food is always on point, especially anything that comes in a rice bowl. Every bite is packed with flavor! Definitely one of comfort and my go spots.

Sadly today an UBER Eats driver with an obvious handicap went to pick up an order. He walked to the bathroom and the staff started yelling at him. Open the bathroom door and they still yelled at the UBER Eats driver. One of the male staff pushed the driver. The driver yelled at him not to touch him again. If this people treat the UBER EATS drivers that way I no longer have respect for this place. STAFF INCREDIBLY RUDE. RACIST MUCH?? The staff involved should be fired.

I got the spicy pork rice dish. It was exceptional and warmed my soul. Some of the pork was really fatty and I don’t know if that’s normal but it tasted great either way. I heard the duck soup isn’t great at this place so I’m gonna try it next time and update my review🫡
UPDATE: I got the duck soup. (Added a picture of it as well) It was really tasty, and contrary to other reviews, they put a good portion of duck in there. I would say the duck was somewhat dry, so dropping my food rating for them to a 4 star because of all the problems they’re having with this one soup. That said I am leaving the overall rating at a 5 star and I will definitely be back.
Poor customer service! It's one thing to trash someone's pickup order without telling them and another to deny a refund when they never got their food. What a way to make a first and last impression.

The bao bun ended up falling apart because it was drenched in sauce and didn’t hold up. Waste of money for that. The chicken on their appetizer menu was crunchy and juicy, but unseasoned.

God forbid you ask for anything extra! They will not give you an extra straw unless they charge you pretty good. Its a turn off the way they treat you. Every business that goes down, goes down for a reason.
