I have been a loyal customer at this establishment for the past three years, visiting almost every morning and spending thousands of dollars here. This morning, I waited at the counter for quite some time, but no one was available to take my order as the staff seemed focused on mobile orders. Understanding they were busy, I decided to sit down and wait while eating my breakfast.
To my surprise, an employee named Emma approached me and told me I could not sit there without placing an order—despite my long-standing patronage. The interaction left me feeling singled out and deeply uncomfortable. I couldn’t help but wonder why I was treated this way, especially as a regular customer. Experiences like this raise concerns about how different customers are perceived and treated, which is disappointing. I sincerely hope management takes the time to address this and ensure that all customers are treated with the same courtesy and respect.

The water was cold but I couldn’t reccomend it on the review
This little coffee shop suited us well as we made our way to the university. We even bought some pastries to go with our excellent coffee drinks. The interior is basic, a few places to sit.
Went there today on my birthday to redeem a birthday reward for a free drink or food item. They said they couldn't honor it. Starbucks does have a birthday rewards program so I'll just go to another location but wow, what terrible attitude!
Then they said to call the customer helpline if I needed help. It's Sunday.
Oh and then I asked if there was a washroom I could use? They said they didn't have one but that I could use one in the grocery store next door. Only if I made a purchase. I'll spend my birthday elsewhere, thank you!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my visits to Starbucks at 468 Broadway in Cambridge. The coffee beverages are great-tasting, and the service provided by their staff is outstanding.However, I want to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Emma and Anne J., two fun and dynamic baristas. They are truly remarkable and have consistently gone above and beyond to make my coffee experience memorable.Their friendly demeanor and attention to detail, even during busy hours, stand out, and their ability to work effortlessly at 6 a.m. is awe-inspiring. Emma and Anne possess highly skilled craftsmanship and exude a vibrant and dynamic personality, bringing the Starbucks community spirit to life in this charming location.I am genuinely grateful for their exceptional service. I hope they receive well-deserved recognition from the management of Starbucks.

Three people working there in such a slow speed, it’s unbelievable. Waited for 5 minutes and still nobody took our order!

The online orders are always messed up, they don’t pay attention to what they’re doing and handle the drink without toppings and when there is a lack of whatever they don’t let you know, just handle the drink as if everything you asked for is in there, seriously need to improve that, happened not once not twice, several times! I mean i’m paying a good amount, to at least get what I’ve ordered

Luckly can find my fav tumblers but the staff here not really welcome the guests. Only chinese girl said welcome and bye, the rest were silent as the grave.
