This Starbucks has a lot of space to come and do your work in your computer. The people are extremely nice and the atmosphere is cozy. Love the free refills for black coffee!!

I came in on 2 occasions to order a Frappuccino an 1hr 1/2 before their closing time (7:00pm) and the employees said that they already finished cleaning the tools they use so they can’t make my drink. My last visit there, I asked the employee why there is no consistency and she stated that it depends on who the employee is which isn’t helpful at all. Starbucks please fix this issue.

Ordered a tall nitro cold brew with sweet cream; was initially charged for a grande. Flavor was a little off (old coffee or slightly sour sweet cream?), not as creamy as at a dedicated Starbucks.Waited several minutes for barista to appear behind counter, no one was there initially.

Store has one of the best beer, wine, and liquor selections in Cambridge. Fairly upscale for a Star. Freezer aisles need to be cleaned up.

The only reason I'm going to give them these stars is because they won't post my 1 star my experience today was horrible the staff at the floral department should be suspended or fired went there to purchase flowers and the woman (Stephanie) and the acting manager(Ryan) the woman was not happy anyone who asked for anything besides the price she rolled her eyes and was extremely rude to my wife,my wife only asked that the $50.00 in flowers we were purchasing didn't get wrapp
