I came in on 2 occasions to order a Frappuccino an 1hr 1/2 before their closing time (7:00pm) and the employees said that they already finished cleaning the tools they use so they can’t make my drink. My last visit there, I asked the employee why there is no consistency and she stated that it depends on who the employee is which isn’t helpful at all. Starbucks please fix this issue.

Ordered a tall nitro cold brew with sweet cream; was initially charged for a grande. Flavor was a little off (old coffee or slightly sour sweet cream?), not as creamy as at a dedicated Starbucks.Waited several minutes for barista to appear behind counter, no one was there initially.

Beware that this Starbucks is not open until 9:00 as advertised. I went in at 7:44pm and they had already closed. Star Market employee stated that they had closed at 7:00.

Store has one of the best beer, wine, and liquor selections in Cambridge. Fairly upscale for a Star. Freezer aisles need to be cleaned up.
I love this location! I work right up the road from this Starbucks, so I'm here often. The employees here always go above and beyond- and they do so always with a smile on their faces. Plus they make my drinks really really well!

This is your run of the mill Starbucks. You have a variety of seating and a small parking lot. I feel like it could use bit more seating given how busy it seems to get. But I was able to find a seat without issue so I can't complain too much. Parking can also be an issue so keep that in mind

love this place, great atmosphere. don't go in near school release time though or you'll run into a million loud little shitstains ordering frappuccinos once my bacon gouda was still partially frozen but they gave me a gift card for my next visit. didn't ruin my day completely but still very frustrating. i ate the warm parts of the sandwich around the frozen middle. the gouda was hard to stomach. sarah is my favorite barista

Super busy even at 6pm on a weeknight, there were no tables or seats available inside. And because it was raining, nothing outside. I opted not to stick around and went elsewhere to do my drinking and laptopping.
